I’ve never had a friendly, respectful person take my order at a drive-thru like this young man, Fisher! Not only from Taco Bell but any fast food restaurant. Honestly, if I had my own restaurant, I’d hire him in a heartbeat. Taco Bell, you are so lucky to have this guy as part of your team. And Fisher, don’t ever let anyone tell you differently, because your customer service is outstanding! Thank you for making a difference in this world; Thank you for being you. If I could I’d give you more than a 5 star.

You ever try to make someone days better, on their worst day, after their pet died. The one thing they want is Taco Bell……. they specifically ask to make sure you don’t forget the sauce multiple times, so you make sure to add 5 of each to your order.
To get it and have zero sauces. The one dang thing this person wanted on her toughest day and yall are too lazy to put the sauce in the bag. Smh.

This location used to be one of the best, but the last month they have been the worst. I don’t know what changed, but on multiple occasions I’ve ordered a quesadilla and it was just a tortilla with shredded cheese. Not melted or cooked. Everything is lukewarm too, never hot. I’ve given it 5 different attempts in the last month. Not coming back to this one again which sucks bc it’s right by the crib.

Newly built location as of June 2024. The inside is very nice and clean with good decor. I did a mobile pickup order and ate it inside. The order was all complete and accurate. The portions were standard if not a little bit better than other Taco Bell have had. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so I can’t comment too much on the service, but the food came out correctly and quickly. I’ll definitely be going back and checking out this location and updating this review with future interactions.

The quality here is the absolute worst. Barely any meat is put in the food. We got crunch wraps and there was maybe a tablespoon worth of meat in them and it was all on one side. Just to educate the employees here, you’re supposed to put it in the center and spread outwards. For the price they can put way more meat in it without up charging you for getting extra meat. I think all locations have started using less meat and trying to get you to get extra for an up charge, but this location is way bad with how little they put in there. We ended up getting a refund from the manager, but the employee that we were talking with about it originally was rude and condescending. We showed him this crunch wrap and complained about the lack of meat, to which he responded “there’s meat in there” and pointed to the tiny drop of meat in the corner. This is not how this food item should look. I was so excited about this location opening back in June, but every time I’ve gone the food has been like this. I believe this was our fourth try, it was the first time we’ve asked for a refund, and it will probably our last visit.

The fast food in and around Ogden is just trash. The taco bells are consistently bad. The Bean burrito had no onions barely any sauce, was more tortilla than beans. Not even as big as a cheap little Juan burrito. Are beans so expensive now? Too salty, dry. The rest of my order was just mid too. They know it and don’t even have the satisfaction survey anymore haha. And no I don’t want 4 ounces of pickled jalapenos crammed into my food to try it spicy.

I was super excited to see that they out a Taco Bell close because I love the food (got really pricy over the past couple years though. I ordered through the app, which is super easy. Unfortunately, none of the sauces were in the bag. Probably should’ve checked that before I left. And they forgot one of our items which was unfortunate. One of our nacho cheese sauces was hot while the other one was cold, which was weird.The best part of the meal was the Cinnabon delights. If you haven’t had one, I highly recommend it.
