Such a cute store a lot of room. Not tons of parking but usually at least one spot open. Not handicap accessible. Awesome coffee im from out of town visit my mom and I always drink nespresso and froff my cream.

Today, I ordered an iced coffee that upon first sip, was just really bad. I checked my receipt to check that I ordered correctly, and saw it had strawberry syrup listed, which I didnt order. I asked the barista and she insisted she didnt put strawberry in it. (Ordered SF vanilla and SF carmel) she did remake it, but the second drink was also sour. Not sure what happened, but my receipt didnt match what I ordered, and both drinks tasted bad. For $7, kinda disappointing.

This is a nice small Coffee shop it has that 3rd place that Starbucks talked about. A place where you can sit and relax. I didn’t get anything to eat because there is limited food options. The employee that was on was good at up sales and providing options. I wanted a large cappuccino but they only offer lattes in large (I am not sure of the reason) so I got a latte. Parking is paid unless you can find a spot in the back. The Latte was brewed properly, not over extracted and bitter. The saucer and cup were plain and easy to hold. The
Table was unbalanced but overall it is a nice spot to get a good cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend ETCH. Support Elmira.

Barista was lovely and suggested my drink (an iced cinnamon bun latte) and it did NOT disappoint! I absolutely loved it Plenty of seating around the cafe and street parking down the block! Overall really nice atmosphere and I hope to back again!

I’ve been here three mornings in a row! The efficient service, beautiful furnishings (courtesy of Capabilities upholstery service, the parent company of ETCH), and yummy drinks (This cold brew is my favorite i’ve tried here. Note that I do prefer to keep my drinks simple with no cream/sugars!) have all kept me back. An added bonus is the delicious blueberry lemon muffin I had yesterday, and will probably have again today! Cheers, ETCH!

The service was awesome. The staff was very kind, and very fast service. The cafe itself had a very homey and comforting feel to it. Even though it was nice and modern, it still had that nice feeling of being home. However I didnt get any, the food looked amazing, and they had a good selection of bottled beverages and salads. I got a small hot chocolate, and they put a little heart in it, which made my day. I cannot wait to go there again soon! ♡

Great atmosphere for the coffee shop…. However this iced americano was supposed to have *3 shots* of espresso (should be much darker in color). They mistakenly made it hot then rather then starting over they just added ice, melting instantly, watering it down and tossed the rest the espresso that didn’t fit in the cup/ that we paid for

I love this coffee shop. If you are looking for a great latte definitely check out ETCH. Barista Autumn is always serving and recommending great drinks to your liking. Even if there is a drink you don’t see on the menu don’t be afraid to ask and they can create it!
