Really nice place to enjoy a variety of beers and spirits and have a bite as well. Really cool setting in the middle of a rural area with indoor area and a beautiful patio just 20 min from the historical town of Fairplay, The South Park birthplace. You can enjoy late hours drinks, check the opening hour schedule, but for sure you can have a good time with the owner and great person Polly!

Stagestop Saloon is a rare gem in the middle of nowhere. I’ve seen it before during previous trips and always wanted to try this place. Our Airbnb lost internet and cable, so we decided to check it out to catch the Broncos game. They have 3 TVs for the games, and a pretty good selection of beers on tap. The food isn’t fancy by any means, but I’d consider more of a bonus that they even have food available. The bartender was attentive and very friendly. The prices were reasonable and we tipped well. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at an Airbnb on Jefferson, Co after a long day of exploring we were looking for a local place to eat and have a few drinks. The Stagestop was a great spot for this. The local, small town atmosphere is amazing. Everyone was friendly and conversational. The bartender was authentic and talked to us about local things to do and history of Jefferson/Stagestop. He had fast and accommodating during our stay. We had a few drinks and wanted a bite to eat. On this day unfortunately there was only one option for food choice. Lucky for us the wings with the dry rub and BBQ were fantastic. They were well cooked, tender and full of flavor. We enjoy our experience at this saloon and would recommend it! Hopefully next time there is a few more food options for hungry adventurers.

Perfect little small-town country store and restaurant. And after a long day on the trails I gave it a shot this Saturday and they happen to be doing a pig roast and it was fantastic. Super friendly people also. Definitely stop here.

Stopped by the Stagestop to catch an Avs game while we were in the area camping. We met Stephanie, and Paulie, who are are totally awesome folks, as were the locals that call this beautiful place home, we felt like we were in our neighborhood bar, everyone was very friendly. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely be stopping by for another good time ! Thanks Stagestop !

Stopped by while hunting. Great atmosphere the remodel since i seen it years ago was great really gives it the saloon old school vibe yet has modern tvs and juke box and the stage looks brand new. The food was just frozen finger food. But taken to its highest level. Had low expectations but the pizza wings and fries tasted great. Our waitress was swamped but did a great job keeping on top of it and we were happy. Stop in its worth it.
