I have officially retired from Chipotle. This specific location was out of steak when I went and I only had my choice between chicken and barbacoa. Their chips tasted two days old they were so stale. So much sour cream on my burrito that was all I tasted… and rice. Can’t forget the 4:1 rice to protein ratio.
But Chipotle as a whole is always out of something crucial, whether it be chips, queso, steak, guac, doesn’t matter, they never have everything at the same time. They overload everything with rice so they can go light on the protein, and their new protein marketing campaign makes no sense. Whoever thought of that should be fired.
It’s not higher protein items, you simply can ask for more of your selected protein in a cup on the side of your meal… for an extra charge… which you could always do before this campaign…

I recently visited a different Chipotle location, and the badly constructed burrito I received there immediately reminded me of all the great experiences I’ve had at the Somerset location. You guys are pretty great! And I think they have improved a ton since the opening – the opening was bad, particularly when I placed and paid for an online order and never received the food — but those days are far gone. This is an outstanding location with very generous portions!!

Got our first order today. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We placed out order online (nearly $30). When my bf came home with it we didn’t have our order of chips. He went back and was told they didn’t have any and was given 2 drinks. I guess they were just going to charge me anyway? When he finally returned home, both of our orders were missing multiple ingredients (including the steak that was supposed to be in my bowl). Apparently the staff was too busy socializing and getting themselves drinks instead of making our food correctly or taking out the trash, as it was piled up at the door and leaking all over the floor. We will NOT be returning which is unfortunate since I love Chipotle. I understand it’s a new restaurant but at least tell people that you’re out of something instead of just taking my money.

This chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They are always out of every kind of meat mostly steak. If they do have steak you can tell it is hours old and tastes very bad.

Made a mobile order and it wasn’t prepared until 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time which was 10 minutes after the order was placed. Was not acknowledged until the order was finally ready after 20 minutes. People were nice but service should be provided.

It’s a miracle.
I was surprised to see a full bowl like they show on TV. Easily enough for two lunches or dinner and a midnight snack. Plenty of protein, rice, beans etc. Ive had chipotle across the nation at likely thirty different locations. Some are good but most near the cities are terrible. This one is the best of the best. Their workers have a good work ethic. City people don’t.
Very happy with this location. Very clean and nice. The locals are lucky. They don’t have many options there being quite rural and now they have chipotle, five guys, and jersey Mike’s.
Five guys I won’t go to, way too expensive. Chipotle gives you soooo much more for the money. If you ever try making chipotle at home you’ll quickly realize how much time, money and effort must be taken. I can make five guys at home easily. Smash a burger in a skillet, put it on a cheap bun and double fry the fries. Done.

I have avoided Chipotle for awhile now due to inconsistent quality and not great service. But we were traveling and I decided to give this location a try.
Let me tell you, this location is AMAZING! The people were super friendly, the place was uber clean and the food was very higg quality!
You can tell the owner/manager takes great pride in what they do and it shows.

Always great service any time I come here. Always clean, great workers. Forget the gentleman’s name working today around 3:30, but was very quick, efficient, pleasant. Seems like they’ve hired good people since they opened. I stop here a lot after work.

I Stopped recently for the 1st time since they opened. I got the High Protein Bowl (Chicken and Rice) with some of the extra toppings. I will say they gave you enough food for the cost but the rice was under cooked and the chicken was WAY over cooked – It was like shoe leather. I don’t know if I’ll be going back or not. The flavor was not too awful bad.
