Horrible customer service! I recently ordered a birthday cake from Sinful Treats and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My initial email to place the order went unanswered until I followed up by phone days later. A cake flavor was baked before I confirmed my final choice, and I had to repeatedly follow up to confirm the filling I wanted, which made the ordering process feel stressful and disorganized.
When I arrived for pickup at the scheduled time, I waited 15–20 minutes, received no greeting, and “Happy Birthday” was not written on the cake as requested. Later that evening, I discovered the filling was not what I had confirmed. The filling requested was Nutella. I was offered only a partial refund because the cake had already been served to my guests. On the day that I took back the cake to get my refund, the lady initiating the refund told me that they don’t offer Nutella because it is artificial, yet they clearly have it on their list of cake flavors(see picture).
Overall, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service did not meet expectations. I never received any apologies for ruining my birthday.

We’ve been coming here frequently for birthday cakes. Very high quality designs. My family members LOVE the frosting they use—I believe it’s Irish frosting? It’s not too sweet, but just sweet enough. Doesn’t cause us to have stomach aches unlike most sweets.

Driving around the area we found this place. The atmosphere was great and customer service was good, we asked about the costume cake order process, which is very easy and time frames are awesome for someone who’s short on time. Our favorite cupcake was the créme brûlée one. There’s plenty of parking and a few more food venues within the plaza. We ordered a 6 pack which came to around $23

Update: EVERYTHING IS SO YUMMY!! the cupcakes are awesome, the ice cream is fantastic, and there’s lots more to try. Good prices & great service. I only wish their evening hours were a bit more extended now that it will be warm & sunny soon for longer.
I checked them out during the soft opening, the lady at the counter was very nice and informative. They’re not fully stocked with their regular treats just yet, but had a good selection of macarons, cupcakes, and other pastry treats. I’m excited they’re on the cusp of opening fully and can’t wait to have a treat shop so close to home!

We purchased a cake for my daughter’s birthday here. The staff was very easy to work with and did everything to make our vision for the cake come to life. The shop also has a variety of other treats available. From cupcakes and ice cream and even macaroons. The treats taste amazing. Very high quality ingredients are used. The cupcakes are the best I’ve had. I don’t know how they make the icing so good. It’s so smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet. I would highly recommend this bakery.

Sinful treats have always been my go to for sweets everything i have tried so far has been delicious, one of my favorites has been the tres leches cake! Ive gotten a custom cake made before which turned out incredible. Most recently ive gotten an assortment of cupcakes each were so good! The atmosphere of the shop is so cute and the whole staff is always super friendly I will definitely be back! Highly recommend

My Niece And I Stopped By On Our Way To A Different Location. It Was A Cute Shop With A Large Variety Of Desserts. There Ice Cream Was Amazingly Delicious. My Niece Had Macaroons Along With A Cupcake Which She Couldn’t Stop talking About. There Service Was Very Friendly and Patient With Us. The decor in the shop is lovely. The cupcakes were very bland. Bought 10 macarons. They were very soft and light however they didn’t taste great. Gave my friend a taste test of every flavor and she couldn’t identify 7/10. They all taste the same. Just taste sweet. Couldn’t tell an ube from a lavender. Lemon was the only flavor that actually tasted like what it was named.
Consider putting some signs up for what flavor cupcakes & treats you have. It’s frustrating to have to ask what every single one is especially when the staff was rude and made you feel like you were an inconvenience. Experience very negative Won’t be back.

Walked in and bought 1 of every macaron to try. All but three taste the same. They are sweet but not tasteful. The cake from the cake pops were good but the outer frosting was flavorless, I think white melts were used. The brownie was pretty good but seemed under cooked, maybe it was more of the way the texture is that makes it seem under cooked. The cream puff was good because its simple and cream puffs are meant to be simple so it was as expected. The donut bites tasted pretty good but the white stuff on top was not frosting. Maybe those white choc melts were on top but flavorless and took away from the flavor. That white frosting or white melts on the cake pops and donut bites left a residue all over my teeth for quite a while. The residue is not a big deal but it affected the flavor of anything eaten after and I had to brush my teeth to get it off. Maybe it’s just me, but this place seems costly for what it is. The worker was very friendly and helpful though.
