1. Customer service: I felt that the staff could be more attentive and friendly.
2. Food quality: Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet my expectations.
3. Restroom facilities: I was surprised to find that the customer restroom was out of order for an extended period. Although employees seemed to be using it, customers were told it was unavailable. I hope you’ll consider repairing or cleaning the restroom to provide better amenities for your customers.
I hope you’ll take my feedback into consideration to improve your customers’ experience.”

I eat at Subway very often, usually the one at 4th & Tustin behind US Gas. The food is always good (of course) the staff there are friendly & helpful. Good place to eat..

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE- SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
I wanted to give this location a zero but is not an option. This location lacks customer service and efficiency. They take forever to make your food and they get it wrong. You have to stand waiting for the employees to finish their conversation. You have to repeat your order at least 5 times.
The lady the works there is RUDE (she doesn’t wear a name tag, otherwise I would include her name here), and makes nasty comments to you when you are telling her what you want on your sub. I had to walk-out because she decided to go make cookies instead of finishing my order.
I hope the owner/manager reads the comments and do something about this. The employees need to take a customer service training and have a supervisor in the store at all times.

I normally always go to this subway but today I went and I was going to eat my sandwich and saw there was a black string imbedded into the bread of my sandwich. Which I managed to pull it out the black string has hair attacked to it. I tried to ask for a refund on my drinks earlier because there was black stuff in the ice and they complained about it. Going back tomorrow with my sandwich to try and get a refund for my meal.

Every time I go in you’re out of chicken noodle soup. If you know that it’s one of your best sellers, why don’t you heat up extra batches. Very disappointing.
Edit. The several times I’ve been in lately, I’ve left happy because you’ve had chicken soup thanks to an older employee you have working there. I didn’t get his name but he’s an excellent employee and gives great customer service. Keep up the good work

Workers are nice. The place has nice ac. Food is wrapped very nicely to ovoid spillage. Workers work really fast. And they always make sure to get the order right. Food and topping are always fresh and delicious.

This place has good service and its clean all the food and food items were fresh and I was very pleased with my sandwich the service was great and was treated with a smile they only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t have coffee ready but oh well there’s always 7-Eleven for that oatmeal cookies are my favorite in this place I tried to stay away from the so-called chicken sandwiches that stuff doesn’t look like chicken at all I usually prepare the tuna or the roast beef sandwich I tried all their breads here and they’re all pretty good I usually stay away from the lettuce in order spinach instead

My sandwich usually seems to fall apart before I even get home……theres only 1 person that seems to be the only one who can put it together right so its not because of what I get in it or not i always get the same thing and he seems to always put it together just fine!
