Food is barely edible. Fries have been sitting for quite a while, stale and barely warm. Hamburger meat has been sitting for a while. What happened to standards? Eat somewhere else!!!!

Went through the drive-thru today and Enrique had such good vibes. Super friendly, cool, and really made the whole interaction feel easy and positive. He was super accommodating and made sure everything was right with my order. Honestly, I’d come back just because of the customer service he gave. Give him a raise, he deserves it!

Yesterday, Sunday, I took my family to dine at this chain burger restaurant. There was not a single customer inside. After we walked in, the only staff member at the front counter said “Welcome,” and I greeted him politely before heading toward the seating area. I planned to find a seat, place our order through the mobile app, and then pick up the food at the counter.
However, the staff member asked me, “Are you here to use the restroom?” I immediately felt offended. I turned around and left the restaurant with my children. After visiting hundreds of restaurants, this was the first time I had ever been spoken to like this.
Later, I returned to the restaurant intending to ask the manager whether employees are trained to ask every customer this same question. The staff member then told me that he himself was the manager.

I’ve been to alot of fast food chains and alot of carls Jr’s. But this one takes the cake without a doubt. I’m impressed by the standards set here. Not only does this place have a modern dinning area, but you can tell they take pride in what they do. it’s the cleanest dinning area/ bathroom. I’ve ever seen in any fast food place. And not to mention the food was great as well.

My moms hamburger patties were extremely thin, and the fries were cold and stale. Wow i use to brag about how good carls burgers were not anymore. And we stood in the lobby for 5 minutes while he was out side looking at a go cart for sale. Down hill, and they got the nerve to charge more wow very disappointed.

These are the rudest employees I have ever come across out of all the places I go. Specifically the white girl there, couldn’t get her name. Extremely rude, hands you your order and slams the window shut and runs off so you can’t get anything else and if you really need anything else you have to sit there for 20 minutes til she feels like she wants to come back. Food was horrible, dry and can’t follow instructions for the order on the app. I would not come here at all if you’re thinking about enjoying some Carl’s Jr food. And not the mention the horrible AI ordering at the machine before you get to the window. These people do the bare minimum and have the absolute worst attitude and atmosphere. I don’t know why this specific location is even in service still and I would not be surprised if they get shut down. Do better as you get paid pretty good.
