We’ve experienced this Watsonville location that was good but unfortunately it went substantially downhill. My husband got food poisoning with their ahi tuna burger and I received apples with my salad and it was so bad, really bitter. I couldn’t eat it. I mentioned the bad apple to the food server and I got no response. Sad, we won’t go back and will caution friends not to eat there.

We ordered at the kiosk, easy to use. We also get coupons by email. Burger was ok. It was missing flavor. Maybe because I ordered it without cheese, but Im lactose and wasnt in the mood. Maybe a secret sauce would have made the burger taste better. Joe had a double with cheese, he said it tasted good. The order of fries was alright, The Habit in Santa Cruz gives a more generous portion. The dining room is clean, the staff is nice and were able to get the order out pretty fast. I will definately come back and try the onion rings.

My experience was what kind of food they’re sending out the door. I live in Royal Oaks and when my partner said to me how her salad was soaked, I knew right then we were screwed. Even after I give A $5 tip they sent me out the door with awful food. $51.96 for nothing!!!

Didn’t go in to dine but I have been before. Food was delicious and hot. Cooked very well. I ordered 5 Chicken tenders along with a medium order of half fries/half onions rings. Chicken was cooked perfectly, crunchy and not hard or dried out. Fries were good not amazing but not bad. I got a fairly good amount of them for them being only have of the halvsies medium I order. The other half were Onion rings. Huge onion rings and a generous amount. My onion rings were still hot and stood crispy, even after cooling down they didn’t get soggy. ✨ ✨ Delicious

I’m from the Sunnyvale, and I came to this location in Watsonville today, customer service by Jennifer was excellent. Just what I expect to get when I go to a fast food restaurant. Also I have to mention the bathroom was spotless clean . Like I was so comfortable actually in the bathroom. The wall were shiny clean , the sink , the toilet. I was just so happy that I told Jennifer I’m going to leave a review , and give a great review , shout out to the cleaning early AM person . Also the dining room , the self service station. Spotless, this makes me happy and helps me enjoy my meal knowing that , the store is clean . Just know I’m that person’s who sees it all and i always have high expectations.

This is by far my favorite place to get food. I usually get the char meal or the sourdough sandwich. The shakes here have to be one of the best I’ve ever tasted, their fries are delicious and consistent the burgers are phenomenal and I don’t even get food anywhere else anymore this place is just that good.

I often feel enclined to share my positive opinion when there is such an overwhelming amount of dramatic negative reviews. My go to lunch is a double portabello char lettuce wrap, and with the exception of them sometimes forgetting my side of ranch on to go orders, the service and quality are both very consistently good.
Sometimes the patties are slightly pink however that holds no bearing on the temperature of the patty ( which certainly reaches 165 degrees on that broiler ). What it does suggest however is that the patties are free from any dyes, like caramel color additives, and are in fact cooked fresh.
All in all a great value that’s often provided with consistency and efficiency.

I went here not that long ago. My burger was still pink. I had to clean my own table. Not too mention my fries were very crunchy and super salty. It wasn’t that busy when I went in either. They told me that when the buzzer goes off that means my food is ready. When the buzzer went off I went to go get my food and I noticed my milkshake wasn’t there. I asked them about my milkshake and the girl rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even respond to me. I didn’t want to cause a scene or anything. But I’m very disappointed it was my first time ever going to the habit and I wasn’t expecting this.

My husband has been to Habit several times. I was working nearby so decided to eat there. I used the kiosk to order and decided to eat there. After waiting a while my order hadn’t come out. A person who ordered at the same time was still waiting. I saw a staff member lock the door. I finally found out that the order system was down and they were filling orders the old fashion way… by tickets. I went up to the counter and told her that I would now like my order to go since I didn’t have enough time. She took care of it. Burger was good but they forgot the garlic sauce for the fries.
Then a couple of days later I was brining home a burger for my husband. This time I ordered online. I was about 10 minutes late but figured it would be sitting there. We’ll it wasn’t there, so I asked about it. They couldn’t find it and they had to refire. I purchased a single pattie for the dogs. My order was ready and checking the bag I found they forgot the garlic fries.
I’m sure this is not the norm and I hope next time is better.
