I’ve been eating at Filibertos for years. I have mostly been satisfied with my experiences. Tonight, Jan 16th at around 8pm was the worst. I ordered a special burrito. I asked for beans with my carne asada burrito. I got a rude response like it was outlandish to add beans to my burrito. Finally my beans was approved w a $4.00 surcharge. I was fine with that. I drive up to the window, and as my burrito was being handed to me, it was held back so the cashier could punch in some orders. I waited a few minutes as she took more orders. I finally received my burrito with not a smile, just a dirty look. I asked for some pickled jalapenos. I was told they don’t give it out first than she said I’ll have to charge you for them. Ok fine. Some eye rolling, huffing & puffing and $2.30 later I got my jalapenos. With my jalapenos, I got a free scolding. She told me they don’t give out jalapenos thru drive thru. Next time I’ll have to get it myself. So I want thank you nice lady for making an exception and walking 10ft to get jalapenos.
I won’t be eating at this Filibertos no more. I’d advise you to steer clear of this establishment.

Hours say 7am, went by at 7:35am, no answer at the speaker, nothing. There was cars in the parking lot, lights inside were on as were the “open” signs.
One car waited for a few minutes at the speaker before pulling through, realized that car also left and in fact did not order.
Disappointed as service and food was good here the last time I came and decided to revisit.

The breakfast burritos are about half the size they used to be in December. It was a great deal – 10.00 for a massive burrito I couldn’t even finish – now I can finish one and still not full. Can’t go back – the value isn’t there anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place any more. It’s not the quality it’s how small they have gotten – Would have been better if they just raised the price instead of shrinking the amount. It’s noticeable how small it’s gotten. Too bad.

Update to respond to the owner: fixing it would’ve been replacing my order or giving me a refund, not telling me “I can’t just give you free food.” It wasn’t free, it was paid for, overpriced and lacking quality. Don’t worry about replacing it now, id rather have a refund but really fixing issue doesn’t seem to be your vibe. We will never return and risk our hard earned money on lackluster food.
And any patrons reading: don’t waste your time or money. You can see my review and photos if you like. It wasn’t just 3 tacos, it was TWELVE!
Spent $30 to feed my family last night to receive lettuce and cheese tacos. I usually go to Eubank and have never been disappointed. Saw this one and decided to give it a try. As another reviewer stated, $.50 more at this location to be highly disappointed. Will not return to this location. I’d rather put that 50 cents in gas and make the trip to get consistent delicious food. This location just opened and maybe that’s the issue, but i live off of tips. I made spent all my tips for the day to get this and be told “well we can’t just give you free food.” Granted, I took the risk of trying this location but the management didn’t seem too keen on trying to fix it. Here are the photos of the food I paid for and received. It’s not free when you messed it up and I already paid.

I’ve never had a complaint about any Filiberto’s before, but this is the worst. The coffee tastes super diluted, and they charge you as if it were a side order for what amounts to one or two tablespoons of sour cream.You tell them how you want your burrito and they don’t make it the way you asked.

First time eating at this Restaurant the food was OK yet I asked for the Chili to be on the Side not on my food, it was on my burrito I couldn’t eat it. The Cashier was Rude acted like she didn’t want to be there trying to do both Drive Through and Front Counter. She needs more help you can tell she cannot handle the register and drive through. INSTEAD of complaining I gave my food away. Management needs to fix her attitude and have her listen to the Costumers

Pros; good, new location. Cozy clean atmosphere for indoor dining.
Cons; for some reason, this location doesn’t get the bean and cheese burrito right for me 🙁 I’ve tried on three separate occasions and nada, even requested extra cheese and red sauce but idk …it’s always stale. But overall okay, I guess.

Went through the drive-thru, and we
did have to wait for the food, but that wasn’t a problem. The food was hot and fresh when we were handed the bag. We were offered salsa. Loved the salsa verde. Enough spice that had me coming back for more.
