Come on WaWa. I grew up in Jersey and came back for a holiday visit hoping to get an amazing sandwich and this was what I got. 2 stars because it still tasted great but damn it looked partially eaten already and the guy making it seemed super pissed. I still love you though, WaWa, and I’ll be back, but can we not make sandwiches that look partially eaten next time lol

Wawas ordering system is completely trash. A veggie bagel should come with spinach, or the option to add spinach or any other toppings. Select the veggie bagel? All u get is cucumber and tomato, no options for anything else. Create your own bagel sandwich? Your forced to add meat with no option for no meat, but hey, you can get spinach and all the toppings. Select special order so they can ask you about your food? Na, don’t expect them to ask. They just slid my sandwich across the counter without a word.

Place an order on wawa.com and they delivered via Doordash but missing items. I dont understand how you order via wawa.com and they choose third party delivery for you then when order goes wrong they tell the customer to call the third party delivery service to get help with the issue becaue they (wawa) can’t….they charge me all sorts of fees for delivery making it 6x more than the only item delivered….

LISTEN. I have NEVER written a review in my life, but TONIGHT IS NOT MY NIGHT. I bought this buttered roll earlier today to have for dinner tonight. In the middle of a HURRICANE, I remember that I left it in my car. So, loving wawa butter rolls, I run out in a hurricane to my locked car to obtain my buttered roll. After fighting the beast of nature to get my roll, sitting down all comfy to eat it, and unwrapping it.. tell me why THIS is what I see. AN EMPTY, BLANK, DRY ROLL. NOT A LICK OF BUTTER. NONE. I HAVE NEVER FELT BETRAYAL LIKE THIS WAWA!!!!

Today 8/25 John behind the deli counter not only didn’t call the # out for the order tht was ready but when asked for a bag for the soup & buttered roll he gave me a death look, put a bag on the counter for me to bag. I placed an order for delivery through the Wawa app received text messages from the DoorDash person that they were lost being given wrong directions, although I was specific in the location in my notes when I made the order. I have had food/coffee delivered to me before from that location, had a similar issue because Wawawa put New Jersey 37 instead of route 37 and their address for the deliverer, but I still got my order. This driver decided he was gonna mark off that he delivered when he didn’t. When I contacted Wawa to inform them, the driver lied and didn’t deliver my order and wouldn’t answer me when I texted and called him to let him know he didn’t deliver to me, all they would say is that they could give me a half of refund which I think is ridiculous considering I never got my order so why am I paying for this guy to deliver when he didn’t deliver it? I reached out to DoorDash saying they don’t have anything to do with it. I need to reach out to Wawa although it was a DoorDash person delivering for Wawa so neither company wants to take the responsibility for this order & incompetent driver. Meanwhile, I lost out on money and I didn’t get my order.
Very disappointed and frustrated with DoorDash and Wawa delivery service! I definitely will not order delivery from them again!
