Server (based on receipt) jasmine o. is a young lady with some visible ugly attitude. Her voice gets the job done by all means but her apparent facial expressions of being annoyed by people who don’t know what they want to order is too obvious. My kids get us drinks here all the time but it’s the first time I step foot and with her customer service I don’t think I’ll be back myself again. Excuse me for not knowing your menu so well like you clearly do, and for wanting to try something new today hence taking time to look at all menu options. Not sure if she’s the manager or just acts like it. The other two girls seemed too nice for her to be bossing them around like I witnessed, without a proper please and thank you. After all, they are coworkers and should be treated as such.. not her maids. There’s a way to speak to people, colleagues and customers of course. The curly hair girl with the hat was a sweetheart, reminded me of my granddaughter. Jasmine O. needs to work on basic skills like smiling with customers even if it means having to fake it and common manners with peeps.. or simply not work in customer service perhaps? Again I’m using the name on my receipt to go based off that, but in case it’s another server to not call out the wrong person it’s the really skinny short girl that had a ponytail has colored eyes I believe.

I am a regular here at this location, the girls are always sweet and always know my orders. But this pass Friday I went and got a smoothie and it looked fine but then when I started drinking it like pieces of paper or parts of something was inside. I don’t know if it was from the blender or a carton of some sort but I ended up just tossing the whole smoothie away because I had to hurry and get to work.

This place legit made me not want want to consume any smoothies ever again in my life. I recently went, last Sunday and Annie was the cashier. She made me so uncomfortable, she didn’t listen to anything I said I asked for recommendations and she was extremely passive aggressive. I was so disappointed because I had just gotten diagnosed with diabetes. She made my day worse, and didn’t count my change back to me. I hope she gets the training she properly needs, as I hope she can improve, hopefully so my experience doesn’t happen to anyone else. Extremely disappointed in this establishment. Horrible.
