Ordered a steak/cheese, regular, not toasted & black forest ham, toasted… Picked order up & got home to both sandwiches cold, like just out the cooler cold. Ham sub was to be toasted, was not! Ask for light lettuce get 3 to 6 PIECES of lettuce on a foot long. Steak was not warmed up before being put on bread. I guess if you order regular you get cold meat ♀️.

I was at this Subway last night and witnessed a belligerent lady treating the girl behind the counter like trash. She had her nearly in tears and it was completely unnecessary. Something about her order didn’t go through. The girl behind the counter was doing all she could to help her, including calling her manager at home and this lady was unbelievably rude. She should be ashamed of herself and really owes this young lady an apology. Do better. To the young lady behind the counter, keep your chin up, girl! You did a great job. I’m sorry you had to deal with that. And our order was perfect!

They where shutting everything down super early well before closing time a bit disappointed they really made it to where I couldn’t even get a full meal because they didn’t want to turn everything back on and I was here an hour before they’re actual closing time. I think im done with subway….

I very rarely complain about my food but this has happened multiple times and I am very aggravated with my most recent purchase. I’m pretty sure that whoever made my sandwiches did NOT read the Special Instruction sections. Now I am stuck with an extremely dry sandwich because they could not bother to read the Special Instructions. I just wanted the mayo and cheese to go on first and there is NO oil and vinegar and I requested extra of both. Its NOT a hard thing to do. I can’t leave work now to have it corrected. I tipped the employee with cash too.

The employee Mike with the awsome body art was extremely calm and kind and gave the best guest service I’ve gotten in the 6 years I’ve lived here. Hope he’s recognized for his awsome service and calm demeanor.

Jason is AMAZING. He introduced me to a new way of have the #20 and let me tell you it’s amazing. Jason is super friendly and the customer service is on point unlike the other two Subways in town they always have your sandwich look like it’s been ran over by a truck.

Worst subway in America! Attempted to talk with the girl at the counter after she was taking phone calls and flirting with a customer about an online order I had placed 30 minutes prior. The staff member Tristin then began saying that I didn’t know what subway I placed the order and the only thing she could do is charge me again but sorry I’m getting ready to close. I asked for the managers number that way I could call because my bank has already been charged. She decided to call the manager Jason and he began yelling at me on speaker…. “Listen we can’t refund the freaking money so it’s on you to call the bank.” I then asked for corporate number because of the way they were talking and they refused. The girl yelled across the restaurant after I wrote down her name and the managers name just google it it’s not to hard. I will NEVER go back to this subway and hope something happens.
