I don’t remember the last time I was in a McDonald’s. But this place is so modern. You order at a kiosk and sit down then the worker comes and brings the food. No interaction with people. It’s a very small dining area. I think it’s mostly to serve To Go and drive thru customers. It’s very clean though and had a retro design!

My first time using this McDonald’s. The service was good. We went through the drive-through. Ordered everything online and used my code in the drive-through and expected everything to be in the bag. When they ask you what kind of sauce you want in the app you expect the sauce to be in the bag and not have to ask for it separately. Then you get all the way home with no sauce for your nuggies. So frustrating.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. I wish I could post pictures of how awful the food I ordered and received was. I ordered a Mcrib value meal the Mcrib came in a Deluxe McCrispy box, bbq sauce all over the inside of the box, the Mcrib was on a circular pretzel bun and was hanging out both sides. Just awful! Clearly the people working here don’t care about their Jobs or this location. There is obviously zero quality control from anyone, not the person making it or the person checking to make sure the order is correct. We were better off with the Wendys. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. It’s a shame, since it is less than a mile from my house.
But, I would rather drive an extra mile or two than get anything from this location.

Should have read the reviews before I decided to eat here. No employees present, constant beeping from something being done, and you wait a long time for the food and the drinks since you can’t get your own drink. The person that did come out with my food was very pleasant, and the person cooking brought me ketchup was also very nice. But both seem spread too thin. Restaurant didn’t look like any of the tables have been wiped. I’m thinking they need some more help.

Of the few times I’ve come to this location, it’s disappointing every time. I order basic food and it comes out wrong essentially every time. I understand the workers are human so I don’t mind letting them know but half of them genuinely do NOT care. Today, I went and got a chicken sandwich no pickle, that’s IT. Open it up and sure enough there’s pickles, I politely let the employee know and he tries to tell me HE made it and “there’s no pickles on it”, as I’m staring at the pickles on my sandwich. I went to the next window and waited about 10 minutes for my remade sandwich. I think I’ll drive the extra miles just to go to another location.

People who leave bad reviews are the same people who order abunch of food, make it very complicated e.g (a double cheeseburger with no pickles, add Mac sauce, extra cheese, and add bacon) and expect it to be done immediately. We are trained to make the food very fast, but when people have to customize what’s on the burgers, That’s when we have to actually stop for a second and read what they want and that takes TIME. So If you don’t like the way, your food is or how long it takes, just cry about it.

When I went to this McDonald’s I had already ordered my food on my phone and was picking it up from inside. The place was jammed packed with people. Im assuming its a local high school hang out. Very busy. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese with extra onions but what I received was quite different. The nuggets were fine but I got a quarter pounder with cheese and on the ticket it said ketchup only so it seemed someone else got my burger and I got theirs.
Employee’s that put the orders in the bag, when its hectic like it was Friday Oct. 10th, I urge you to take an extra ten seconds to verify the contents in the bag are for the correct order. There is nothing worse than not getting the food that you wanted once you get off of a 12 hour shift and have a two hour drive home.

I have never not been disappointed after ordering from here. Slow service, bad management but today takes the cake. I ordered a breakfast meal with a large iced coffee. Not only did I receive a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT breakfast sandwich that I cannot even eat because it had sausage on it, but my coffee was missing from the order all together. I got the coffee refunded but could not refund the breakfast sandwich because it was too late by the time I had realized. Abysmal establishment, go to one down the road.

If I could give it zero stars I would .Food always cold . Horrible customer service . Today we went and I asked for a sprite and it looked pink . I asked the girl who gave me the drink what is this ? She replied it’s from the fruit punch from the machine . Since when is it ok to mix drinks just because ? When I asked her for a new drink she gave a lot of attitude.
