I was pleased to learn of Jersey Mike’s on Fort Worth Avenue. I was immediately greeted by the staff and had a very pleasant experience. The subs are top notch and I could actually taste the freshness of the ingredients. I liked how the meat and cheese were deli sliced to order which felt like a more personalized sandwich. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s which will become my favorite sandwich shop.

Great news! I visited again today and it was a totally different experience. A positive team, didn’t blink when I asked for crispy bacon, and I have to say, I think this was one of the best Jersey Mikes sandwiches that I haver had, and I have had a lot of them. I appreciate the fact that they acknowledged my concerns and acted on them. I’l be back soon and tell all of my friends. A wonderful fresh, healthy option for Oak Cliff.
I love Jersey Mike’s, and was thrilled that they were opening near my home. I know it has only been open a few weeks, but… first trip, They took forever, but I got it- learning as they went. The second time was better but when I got eye rolls and the employee whispering to the other employees about the fact that I wanted crispy bacon with less fat, I was done. Plus the fact the the register wasn’t working, but he was apologetic, and I get it. Sorry, fatty bacon is better left off. If that is an issue for you, this might not be the best place of employment for you, especially when you do the eye rolls and whispering in front of someone who could become your best customer. Back to the other usually not as good options in the neighborhood. Sorry, Google isn’t letting me upload photos or I would show you how fatty this bacon was.

We don’t typically do Uber Eats, but after of course them screwing up my order, I reached out to the store directly. I was happily assisted by manager Jennifer, who made my experience truly memorable. I thank the whole team for their service and making my dinner and I look forward to ordering with you again in the future.

This location is not equipped to handle a timely lunch. They do not make online orders until you arrive, and you will stand a while before they even ask the name on your order. Then they will forget you, and after watching others pick up their orders who came after you they will finally check you name again only to find out it has been ready and sitting there for the past 15 minutes.

Rarely am I wowed enough to make time to send positive feedback to a business, but your location on Fort Worth Avenue in Dallas really raised the bar today. I came in to pick up an online order. Although the store was crazy busy both inside and with pickup orders cued up, the staff was absolutely friendly and professional. I was greeted with a smile the moment I came in. One of the gentlemen was training someone with kindness and a clear sense of care for quality. Everyone I interacted with and observed was on their game and engaged in providing a beautiful experience. Oh, and the sandwich was tasty! Bread was fresh and perfect. I’ll definitely be back.
