Had lunch here. Ordered takoyaki, lemon pepper wings and gyoza appetizer we enjoyed. Takoyaki definitely better than others I’ve tasted here. Tom yam soup did not hit the spot for me (but then again I’m comparing it to a tom yam soup in a favorite place in Asia and I’m still chasing for that specific taste). My husband really enjoyed their miso ramen. He said that might be a new fave. They served the tea really hot, which we liked, but be mindful if you have smaller kids with you. Their green tea ice cream is amazing. Serving great too. Will come back soon.

It was a Friday night we showed up without a reservation it was busy but we still were seated right away and provided with water and menus. Friendly helpful staff despite the rush, every table looked happy and the food was INCREDIBLE. Best sushi in Fairfield County

Ordered 7 dragon balls dish, but small portion for $26. Also ordered Sashimi lunch portions on the small side. Fried Ice cream dessert was pleasant and came with a fried banana, reasonably priced. Worst Miso soup I’ve experienced. Most Japanese resturants bring a small side salad with soup. Overall not impressed. Much better options around.

We really enjoyed our lunch a this restaurant. The dishes are very elaborate and fresh. The atmosphere here is truly Japanese – see the pictures. Also, free parking in the back of the restaurant or on the street. Lastly, please check out all those glass bottles hanging from the tree on the side of the restaurant (see the picture). It’s really unusual and entertaining. Their bartender did it.

First time here, and definitely not the last! I am so glad another restaurant took over this space. We came here with group of 9 (made a reservation ahead of time).
Beautiful decor inside, and fantastic service. The menu is mouthwatering. I had the most delicious Ramen. Don’t remember what everyone else had, but everyone enjoyed their meals.

Roppongi has the best happy hour in CT! $5 HUGE beers, $6 8 piece sushi rolls and many other cocktails and apps. Taylor and Amy are the best bartenders around! Definitely the place to go weekly!

Hands down the best Japanese restaurant we’ve been to recently! For them being so new, we were impressed that they seem to have no kinks to work out. Menu items that we were really impressed to see were the tuna wasabi dumplings and dragon balls, which my husband loved for a better fish to rice ratio. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the server was kind and attentive. Beautiful and clean inside, and they even had a covered patio. We will absolutely be back!

We have been waiting for this place to open. We drove by Saturday and saw people dining so we immediately turned the car around and ran inside. We usually wait for the restaurant to get the kinks out before we dine but there were no kinks! We were greeted by multiple people, food came out quickly, and service was top notch! This is hands down the best ramen in the area. Sushi was so fresh and duck bao was chef’s kiss. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and everyone is so friendly. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend!

Went on their first soft opening day, and gotta say the place was great. That staff were very friendly and had some nice conversations with both the owners and staff.
For drinks we tried a couple of cocktails both on and off menu, and the bartender did great on all of them. Food was amazing, we tried a couple of small bites to get a sense of things and loved them all. Think our favorite had to be the paradise roll, which is something I will probably order every time I come.
The interior seating and bar area looked nice. The illustrative grill wall art was interesting to look at.
Definitely coming back to this place to try some more thing. Would recommend this place.
