Put in my order at 7:10 PM waitied for it to approve and then said it would be ready by 7:25 PM, order was marked ready for pickup at 7:27pm. Came at 7:30 and they had just pulled it off the printer when I asked about it. She laughed and said “oh sorry we are in the middle of a rush”, Only 2 other people in the store ordering when I came in and they both looked at me confused. However this isn’t the first time I’ve placed an online order and have it not even started it before I arrive for pickup. I always order pickup and wait for approval as we order $80+ at a time. I always tip cash in person at pickup, so I’m not sure if the $0 tip when the order came it made them hold off or “not care”.
Edit: Got home with or food and all the sandwiches are hard and the bread is crunching apart.

Ordered online. Sandwiches still weren’t made 20 mins later upon pickup and they weren’t even busy. Once we get our sandwiches, they’re absolutely gross. Sandwich maker literally drenched our sandwiches so bad with sauce we couldn’t taste anything else on the sandwich. Ruined our appetite. Save your money and get subs from the commissary.

Service was quick and very polite. Drink machines full and clean. Doesn’t smell like old bread which is a plus for any Subway. Sandwiches are sloppy sometimes but still edible. Good amount of seating. Wait times are minimal even at lunch.

Food was good, and restraunt was clean. Staff was friendly as well, spoke with the manager (Khelcee) who was polite and very personable. Not this stores fault but you just don’t get your money’s worth at Subway these days I got a 6 in. With some extras but it was over $10.(Not worth the price should have been around $5 in my opinion) If subway wants business like they used to they should do $5 footlongs again.

How hard is it to read instructions? First time I ordered on the app, I will not be doing that again. I have never had as gross of a sandwich as I have had today and Subway usually is pretty bad. Today was exceptionally terrible. My sandwich was warm and gross after I asked for it to not be toasted. Toasting released liquid from the veggies once those touched the sandwich and steamed to cook. I always expect my sandwich to be thrown haphazardly together, it is Subway after all. Usually they can still be edible after the bad preparation job. Not today. There was smashed avocado all over the outside of my sandwich making it difficult to eat. After about 5 minutes, I could not eat it anymore. The combination of the avocado on the outside, the warm sandwich which I didn’t want and the steam from the cooking veggies, my sandwich was soggy and inedible. My bread is steam-logged. I get you hate your job and you are miserable doing it but have a little job pride. If you can’t make a simple sandwich correctly, then maybe you need a job a little less complicated. Something more up your ally like picking up trash.

Great sandwiches and super-star service, especially Millie. She is one of the nicest people I’ve met in there, and she tries very hard to make sure people are happy as a customer.

This subway is one of the best subways around when it comes to the freshness and quality of the food that they have. I really was happy with the people that was working there as well. hey was friendly and kind and helpful with some friendly jokes that made my day. I can’t wait to go back.

I tried to order on line, was having trouble. Went inside and the lady’s working helped figure out a way to do what I needed to do in order to make order.
As a rush of people came in they still took the time to help me place my order.
And then making my sub, they made it perfect, like always, and still had smile’s on. I just wish I had gotten their name’s.

Always friendly and make good sandwiches at a decent price. I would prefer that they went back to their 24/7 hours as it was extremely convenient to have at least one place like that on the base. Currently have a few items missing on the menu due to Covid.
