Out of 10 times, 9 times something is going to be wrong with my order. Ordered today a few minutes ago ordered apple pie got the other cream cheese pie, went there Friday afternoon ordered Mac and cheese got mash potatoes instead. Order three spicy leg combo get spicy chicken tender combo. This was the straw that broke the camel back all I wanted was a dang hot apple pie not a cherry cream cheese pie ughhhhhh

Toyia the manager is MY FAVORITE!!! She is so good to my family so polite and goes out of her way to make sure we are always satisfied!!! Joanne is also my favorite!!!! She is one of the cooks and makes sure our order is always correct!! Since they open this location I no longer go to the other location in Statesboro… they put the other location to shame!! This location is so clean so friendly and they are the best Popeyes I have ever been to!! The manager Toyia and Ms Joanne are the best and they are the nicest people they make you feel at home when you come here and eat!!

What’s the point of sending coupons in the mail if they aren’t going to take them? “We don’t take paper coupons” the cashier said but told me to put an order in online and maybe I could use the coupons that way. I didn’t see an option for that but still ordered online. Waited 25 minutes for my food and didn’t get the sauces that I ordered.

Sat in the drive through, at the speaker for 12 minutes before they even took my order. They were out of Mac and cheese. Woman who took my order was short and rude. After I ordered and pulled up and payed, I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. They made the other 2 cars behind me pull over and wait as well. I will not be coming back!!

Horrible customer service and food is equally as horrible. Watching the employees do what they do and allowing their friends to come back in the kitchen and make their own food made me sick. We will never visit this location again!
