They got my order complerely wrong and then made me wait forever to get it. Even though I had called it in & was told 20 minutes, I went in at 25-30 minutes from when I called. They still had me wait another 40 minutes at which point they gave me the wrong order. I called to let them know and they were extremely rude. I asked for the manager and the girl said she was the manager. This place needs to train their employees better and consider better management. Wont EVER how there again. All due to attitude too. My son loves the pizza

This store tends to be very slow on orders. I am always told 20-30 minutes but it consistently takes closer to an hour.
Last time I was there they mistakenly put cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce on my standard pizza order (no substitutions or changes) but they refused to make it right because I did not call back that night. I did try but they were already closed. The manager said he would call the owner but I never heard back from anyone at all. Disappointing.

It is not bad at all. The pizza is hot and ready within the half hour or less and the people that work there are amazingly nice. And will help you. Quick and easy to get to. For all you pizza lovers. It’s starting at 5.00 and up for a medium pizza. A must try.

They have a difficult time with special orders. Their pizza is usually good but it’s Detroit style which means it has a lot of sauce. I grew up near Detroit so I like Detroit style pizza but my kids don’t like that much sauce so we always order their pizza with light sauce. I didn’t think that it was that outrageous of a request but they’ve only actually made us pizzas with light sauce twice out of the 30 or so times we’ve ordered it like that in the past year. I guess it’s time to stop shopping at this location and just order from Domino’s. At least they’re another pizza chain from the Detroit area.

Very rude, pizza half cooked, let the cashier know, she had attitude and THREW MY PIZZA ON THE FLOOR behind the counter. Then refused to refund me because there was one slice missing. Had to send my husband in, she began cussing at him. Finally gave him a new pizza. Poor customer service and pizza at this location!

I have a large family which requires about 5 pizzas and when I state my order, the girl with many tattoos rolled her eyes and said sure with a clear attitude of disgust and annoyance. I understand a large order can be tedious but I am patient and she was just rude.

It was great . The Manager or owner I’m guessing let me order the stuff crust pizzas even though it was a little late for it. He even came out to the car to give us the pizzas. Deffinetly one of the better little Cesar’s I’ve been to .

Madison had terrible customer service skills and got my order wrong twice. The girl cooking the pizza can’t cut even slices. Selling and making pizza is not rocket science. It usually isn’t this bad. Very disappointing.

They had no hot n ready-ready.. 2 staff just standing there doing nothing they admitted to not make pizza to be ready they do as a call in or wait 10-15mns. .. worse customer service.. not happy at all.
