My 1st visit, I walked out when I found out they had just started cooking our food, after waiting over an hour. They were not busy, and 2 tables that had come in after us, had already received their food. I decided to give them another chance, thinking that it would be better, since it has been a couple of years. Food did come a little faster, but we there was only one other table of customers there, and they had already received their food. Pizza crust was soggy. Salad bar had a good selection, but was not as child as it should have been, and lettuce was looking a little sad. One of the salad tongs was on the floor, for who knows how long. The salad was honestly the best part of the meal, though. Even my kids weren’t thrilled with the pizza. I thought it was a little over priced, especially when they want you to basically bus your own table. It will probably be a few more years, before we visit again. To be fair, I have visited 2 other Valentino’s locations, and did not care much for the food there, either. But a lot of people do like it.

By far the best Valentino’s to go to. We went shortly after lunch was over so the pizza was a little old but the staff was so nice and helpful and the salad bar had really good options. We also order delivery often and our pizza is always hot and fresh.

Loved it! Went for my Birthday, staff was courteous and polite. Restaurant was clean and inviting! We had a Val’s special medium pizza, drinks and the salad bar for two. Cost was $28 and the food was delicious!

Small and not particularly grand, but it’s Valentino’s. Tasty food, decent enough atmosphere, reasonable prices. Never had a bad interaction with this location’s staff. Salad bar leaves something to be desired and there isn’t much seating but that’s not a dealbreaker.

I love this place! Staff is very friendly and food is fantastic. I have had issues with some staff not knowing how things are supposed to be made, but management has always made it right. They are there to make customers happy.

Wings were cold somehow. Took a hour then what the 15-20 minutes that I was told. Didn’t tell me it was going to be 21 bucks instead of 18$. Cussed at me when they called and didn’t give me the four ranches for my cold wings I ordered. Gave me 2. Never ordering again from people who can’t do their jobs proper

Fourth time we ordered pizza from here and the cheese is burnt. Gave it one last chance and again they burnt the pizza. Called and talked to a manager last time and she told me its the cheese they get, knowing that is not true. Tonight my son brought two pizza’s home and they were both burnt. Tried to call them twenty minutes before closing and no one would answer. If you want great Valentino’s Pizza, go to Lincoln, the Crete store’s customer service and pizza is terrible! I personally will never get pizza here again!

Let me put it this way! I ate altogether too much! We had a family holiday lunch and partook of the buffet. My grandson and I ate breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, and biscuits and gravy, all I could eat. What more can I say?
