9/20/25 around noon I picked up an online order. I needed to ask for some lettuce and tomato on the side. The Worker was making a customer’s sandwich very, very slowly so i just ran to the food city next door and bought the toppings. I get home and go to eat the sandwich and the bread is hard as a rock. I check the other 2 sandwiches and they were the same way. Had to microwave them just to be able to eat them. Disappointing since we just wanted cold turkey, ham, and roast beef subs. Every experience at this location get worse and worse. Tried to call multiple times over the next 3 hours to make a complaint and no one ever answered the phone

This establishment received a one star because 0 star wasn’t an option. Today, a little after 1pm, my work partner and I came here for lunch. I Ordered turkey and bacon on a toasted spinach wrap. Wrap was not toasted, at least toast the cold bacon, many vegetable topping were not available, and cookies were baked. Ask the employee what toppings usually comes on the turkey advertised on their menu and she has no idea. Her response was, “you have the option to get whatever toppings you want!”
No maam, I don’t have that option because the toppings I want you don’t have. Called the stores number requesting to speak with a manager and was told, “I only know his first name and it’s Robert but he’s not here right now.”
Will dispute the charges and never return.

Good subs. Sad they are no longer $5 footlongs. The catchy toon doesn’t sound as good with high prices. Anyway, the atmosphere is good. The only reason I’ve given it 4 stars is because there was only one sandwich artist working so we had to wait to get our food.

I placed and order and had to wait, I Paid for extra meat on my Philly steak sandwich and got literally slivers of meat on a foot long. The sandwich wasn’t toasted and warmed like I asked. Cookies were hard as well. This location just needs to go ahead and shut down I’ve tried on and off for many years to give this location a chance thinking the workers could read orders but they never do.

Very friendly sandwich artist great relaxing place very rarely loud. Excellent music playing as you come in and are greeted by a smiling face. If you enjoy subway sandwiches this is a great place to go!

They were out of the foot long cookie. . We ordered 2 different foot long sandwiches and both of them were really good. The 2 people up front were friendly and outgoing & new what they doing. We definitely be going back. Hopefully they will have the cookie back

Evan working by himself on a Friday night?? He rocked it even though the wait was longer he kept his composure and provided excellent customer service. The owners need to give him a raise and start paying employees better instead of filling their own pockets. Customer service is everything to me. If Evan ever leaves I will not return!
