The food was amazing! Our family ordered the biscoff sandwich that came with fries, the honey heat wings, the sliders, and the jerk chicken Mac bowl. We raved about the food all the way home. It’s worth the wait because everything is made to order. Their customer service was excellent and the staff is friendly. We will definitely be back!!!

The worst experience! When you complain about the food the owner will be dismissive, take zero accountability and block you. When we arrived we were drenched by water pouring down on the walkway (a simple drainpipe could fix this). The young lady at the counter was nice however, we immediately smelled old grease. The majority of the food that’s posted on social media wasn’t available. When we questioned it, we were told the items were seasonal. Therefore, we ordered chicken and waffles. The chicken was burnt and hard and fried in dirty grease, which is what we smelled. The waffles were EGGOS! At the price point of $20 they should’ve been homemade. On the menu there were eggs in the picture, no eggs were included. We also ordered jerk mac and cheese. The jerk chicken was ok however, the mac and cheese lacked flavor, the noodles were over cooked and mushy and left a slick film in my mouth. The cornbread was ok but over priced. We ended up throwing everything away. Why would dupe your customers and sell them this trash? Integrity goes long way. You were aware of what you packaged and sold us. I would like a refund. But I’m sure you’ll block and dismiss this review as that seems to be your MO.

AUTHENTIC JERK CHICKEN!!! Amazing food!!! Seriously, the best jerk chicken I have had outside of Jamaica. Their beef patty’s are incredible as well as the sliders. seasoned perfectly. Very very nice people, they cook to order and it’s fresh absolutely delicious. New favorite spot in Charleston!

Best steak sub I’ve ever had in my life!!! Do yourself a favor and get the honey cornbread. It’s absolutely delicious. I wish I’d bought a pan to take home. We’re still talking about it. We waited about 20 minutes for the food but it was worth it. It was fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to return.

Simply put everything was amazing!!! The food top tier. I don’t know the lady in the backs name, but them hands are truly blessed by Lord and the Ancestors. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. FYI you are doing yourself a huge disservice if you don’t order the cornbread.

My experience did not go very well, but I am intrigued by the other reviews that I have read. I ordered the soul food patty and I found the dish to be way too busy. All of the ingredients sounded amazing, but did not play well together. The wings overall were pretty good. Considering their 4.9 overall Google review, I will try this place again and come back with an update.

The owners are some really cool people took the time to greet us and chat a lil before ordering. The food (garlic steak bites and shrimp mac and cheese) was insanely good. I will say for the price and only getting 3 shrimps was a little saddening but the flavor was so on point that I cant really be mad at it. I would definitely come back here again to try some other offerings

Amazing spot. Portions are huge and the food is phenomenal. I really struggle to get good island food in the Carolina’s. Especially coming from nyc since we have such great food there. This place is doing an amazing job at executing that cuisine. Congrats to them. Hope to be back soon. P.S. I had the Rasta pasta.
