Lady was rude who made our sandwiches and took FOREVER. I stood out of the way behind the wall that separates the sandwich case from the dinning room was asked what could she get me then rolled her eyes when I said we were still looking. Like I stood away from the sandwich case for a reason. Then we get up there took 10 minutes to just get our bread on the table and sliced then she went to work on the order she pulled out the oven and left us a standing there and she is moving incredibly slow. Thankfully my husband has more patience than me I go and move the car since the gas finished pumping. Bread was still just sitting there. We got here took us all of 5 minutes to get gas and walk in and talk about what we wanted, the last 15 minutes has been trying to just get a sandwich made so we can get on the road and get to virginia ♀️ I kinda of wished we went to va for food

The staff was very friendly and attentive to all my request. The food looks fresh and tasty. The bread was very soft and fresh. The smell of fresh baked cookies in the air when I walked in. Karen is so polite! She is a keeper.

So I am editing this review due to things being fixed. We had a rough time with them one night when ordering online. We got there and they didn’t have a lot of the ingredients that we had ordered and couldn’t do a refund when we got there to get the food. The next day the manager Variah (sorry if spelt wrong) and her coworker Daniella worked very hard to make things right and went the beyond to help. I would suggest ordering at the store in case from what I seen by comments they may be out of something you may want.

No fault of the employees. The heat factor is 107° and the AC was not working at all! The sub I ordered was not as advertised. I ordered on line to pick up at a certain time. Received email my order was ready. Got there and they were just starting to make it. Not happy and will not return to this location

Most of the employees do a good job. There is one lady that skimps on the meat slices. A foot long is supposed to get 12 slices of ham and she puts on 7 to 9. We stop here weekly.

I have to change this review from a one-star to a five star. I personally went in and talked to a Subway worker and was showing a bag of the sweet peppers unopened and it’s what the factory is doing not Subway owner. The owner should be very proud to have some fantastic workers working for him or her or them. Thank you ladies and sorry I don’t have your names but I also like to thank. Jaivaughn and JT. Fantastic workers they treat you with respect. Thank you, Please accept my sincere apology to the workers and to the owner or owners……………..I receive some sweet peppers that was mixed with bell peppers to make it look pickled sweet peppers but they’re crunchy not soft. Sweet peppers are pickled and they’re sweet. Extremely disappointed. The lady that prepared the sandwiches extremely nice place is extremely clean. So it’s not the employee that’s this stingy greedy owner.
