I recently placed an order for a customized medium pizza in which I have asked for onions, peppers, diced tomatoes and jalapeños, instead of peppers I got spinach in that and my pizza was supposed to be the one with garlic crust which wasn’t. The pizza was so cold and it was hard to eat. I faced the same issue of garlic crust in my last order too but I ignored it but it this my whole pizza was screwed and I have to throw the whole pizza as it is hard to eat.

Sometimes the food is good. Other times I get a half full pasta container and overcooked pizza. Sometimes on Sunday afternoons, it’ll be locked w/ a sticky note on the door saying “Using the bathroom, thanks for waiting.” This kinda sucks if you’re like me, ordering and paying ahead to pick up quickly because you’re short on time. It is what it is, I guess. Maybe management needs to have more people on hand so someone can use the restroom without having to close the place down.

I pulled in to order some pizza for lunch. Place was very bright and clean. There appeared to be only one employee in the store. He (D’Shawn) was busy yet cool , calm and collective. He was making pizzas and cutting them up and putting them in a box. Politely took my order and went back to work. Received my pies nice and hot. I like the way he comes out from behind the counter to hand you the pies. Very good. This guy needs a good pat on the back and maybe even a raise. Sorry if I misspelled his name. Thank you.

If I could give a negative star review I would. I’m done, won’t be ordering from here again. If my sandwich isn’t thrown open-faced into the box upside down, my double meat ends up being no meat. This happens on a regular enough basis that is just not worth it anymore. And I think they served me expired chicken nuggets, even if they weren’t expired they sure tasted off.

So every time I order from this location they mess up my order. I ordered today waited 10 minutes for my Order to be carried out to my car after it said it was done baking. I didn’t leave a tip cause why should I tip people who don’t know how to do their job. Very disappointing! They also got mad when I didn’t leave a tip, I could see into the store and they through the receipt.

1st time Oct 2020- Ordered 80 bucks worth of pizza and they were over done
2nd time March 2022- gave it a try again, pizza was overcooked, manager “Vin” was rude, they said their ovens are timed and they can’t overdo the pizzas, the pasta was dry, hard and overcooked, they must have their ovens set to the wrong temp. Pizza is basically burnt on the bottom.
