Best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to hands down. Fastest service, freshest food, friendliest staff, every customer is greeted and served within minutes. I’ve been here 30-40 times over the past year and each time is the exact same. Fast, reliable, fresh, friendly! The man at the register with suspenders is the absolute best at what he does, he does it all back there while being friendly to every single person. Very clean inside always. Change NOTHING about this place

I love hardees! The chicken wraps are amazing too sometimes great size and sometimes a bit small but overall taste is great! The service is always pretty friendly and not normally a long wait unless it’s breakfast some mornings. Sometimes the food is wonderful and sometimes overcooked/burnt but I’d still recommend going back because it’s not always like that and it still taste pretty good. Make sure you ask for napkins or condiments or you won’t get them tho. My only complaint. Overall 4/5, I recommend eating here.

Normally the food is decent but tonight the curly fries were old and cold. There were very few curly fries in the medium order and they mixed in some regular fries with them that were just as bad. So sad because the morning food is always hot and fresh.

The Hardee’s in Ashland City Tennessee on Highway 12 has fast service great friendly employees extra helpful one day they were out of tea and the guy at the window told me to hold on. He was gonna make my tea for me and had it to my car in no time they have the best biscuits, sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits Ever I visit this Hardee’s often 23 and four times a week. I will continue to come back because of the fast service and the very friendly staff.

The famous star combo was really bad. The tomato was green and had the stem attached and the bun was soggy. Fries were okay. The shake tasted like it was topped with Cool whip or some sort of hard cream the wouldn’t go through the straw. I don’t believe I will be back.

Assistant manager Sonya was bagging food for drive thru when I walked in, she immediately greeted me and told me she would be right with me. She got right to me and we had a pleasant exchange. After I ordered sh told me to sit down and she would bring it to me at my table. She soon did just that. She was waiting on front register and drive thur. At one point she was sweeping lobby and taking orders through head set for drive thur at the same time. She also noticed the music wasnt playing in lobby and fixed it. They also had extremely clean bathrooms. What an amazing experience.

Sign clearly says open til 1pm. Pulled up at 12 pm an they would not serve me not sure what’s up with that but this place really needs a new manger an several employees the service is really slow you get pulled up so their numbers stay good an its not fast or freindy service something needs to be done about this location Mrs Crystal is a horrible manager..and they refuse to give me a district mangers phone number numerous times.

Probably the worst service I have ever had. I order on the app. You would think the three people upfront would ask for my name to get my order. Nope they looked at me and turned away and walked off. It’s the fact I got charged for two burritos and a side of hash browns and I didn’t get my hash browns and no receipt for realizing midway through my morning drive I didn’t get my full order. Food is tasty but I can’t trust y’all’s service as is.
May come back if I want to get breakfast burritos again but otherwise I’ll stick to other local options.
