Our pizzas are hand-crafted with the finest sourdough, made with flour imported from Italy, and topped with the freshest ingredients. We offer a wide variety of toppings: succulent meats, savory veggies, bubbling cheeses, sweet golden pineapple, with vegan and gluten-free options. Each pie is made-to-order, 11 inches across, and baked to perfection in our kiawe wood-fire oven that weighs 4,000 lbs and cooks at 900 degrees, giving our pizza its exceptional fire-licked crust that’s packed with flavor. love the vibe. however we got the sourdough cinnamon knots and it just tasted like garlic knots covered in cinnamon and sugar and no sourdough flavor. it really wasn’t good. and the chicken bacon sourdough sandwich did not have enough chicken. we got the honey girl drink too it was pretty sweet but the flavor was really good.

PERFECT PIZZA
This wood-fired pie is EXCEPTIONAL. The dough, sauce, and toppings are delicious. Pizza was ready in about 10 minutes.
POD is kinda ragamuffin and tables are filthy.
$17 for a high quality pizza like this is a great value!

Arrived around 4PM on New Years Eve. Ordered a sausage, mushroom and jalapeno pizza. Pizza was done in about 20 minutes. Luckily I opened the box before leaving and … no jalapenos!
This is the second time this has happened at this place. They took the pizza back, threw about ten slices of jalapenos on top, warmed it up a little and handed it back to me. It’s never going to be as good if you throw ingredients on top after the fact.
The pizzas are not very big. The crust is great, but the ingredients are very sparse (at $2 each). I would have been better off stopping at a grocery store and getting a decent frozen pizza for half the price.

Gluten-free crust was only cooked on the edges which were burned. Otherwise very soggy. Half of the toppings were mushrooms on the omnivore pizza disappointing. We would not go here for a pizza again even though they had gluten-free crust and dairy free cheese. The salad was good.

Wow!! This little pizza place was super busy and yet delivered an amazing pizza!! Very friendly service. It was neat to see the brick oven even with a mobile kitchen. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy delicious on the inside. Lots of flavorful sauce with fresh toppings. The pizza was piping hot and totally hit the spot!

So good and beautifully prepared in the declared timeframe (20 to 30 minutes during the busy dinner rush). Their thin crust pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven and taste really similar to an authentic Italian pizza even though some of the toppings might sound really exotic to an Italian like me. Delicious!

As a self professed pizza connoisseur, Maui Pizza Truck makes a phenomenal pie. The crust is amazing, ample toppings to choose from, and the lilikoi drizzle is to die for. I’m a big fan of the sweet and spicy combo. They also offer Vegan cheese which allows both my partner and I to order to our liking on date night. We tend to pick it up and take it to an overlook for sunset, which is our recommendation. You can order ahead on their website and select a pick up time, which is great for planning. If you’re visiting Maui or live here, Maui Pizza Truck is a great spot.

Looks delicious so we drove 20 minutes for it. Arrived at 7:05 and were told they’re no longer taking orders even though they’re open until 7:30. We called before heading over to try to prevent this but they don’t answer their phone either.
