I have ordered the curries with extremely spicy through Just Eat, and they delivered! The food is warm, I have ordered 3 curries, both rich in flavour. The chicken tikka and the lamb tikka are nice, but I personally recommend their chicken tikka, I have tasted several Indian takeaways in the UK (travelling) so far their chicken tikka is the most tender and juicy, love it! It’s a bit late, but it’s acceptable due to busy hours. The delivery driver is very nice and polite as well.

I was enjoying my Korma, it was abit watery but sweet enough with the peshwwari naan for me not to care, until I got to nearly putting this chicken in my mouth!!! Disgusting and I will be reporting further. I want a refund immediately. I really hope I am not ill tomorrow.

I have been a regular for about 3 years and yes I noticed a little bit the change of hands, some dishes are a bit different, but still tasty and good.
The service always has been brilliant, no difference at all and deliveries as we use their service on match days always on time. It is also good value for money.
Vegetable dishes always have been outstanding and as when we have takeaway we share it within a group, we always had good feedback and always we ended with empty plates.

I loved the food every time I have ordered them. They cook really well. Might like a bit more hotter sometimes, maybe because me being an Indian I like my heat in my food. But really reasonable pricing and polite staff. Definitely recommend them!☺️

The best curry I’ve had in Norwich, very friendly and welcoming staff. Already recommended to a friend, the madras was so tasty, had it with lamb the first time then tried chicken last night and both times the meat just melts in your mouth. Naan and onion bhaji were exceptional. If I could make two suggestions use foil containers instead of plastic and a little more sauce in the curry. But still excellent and will be coming back very soon

Absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious — full of flavour and really well made. Great value for money too, with generous portions that don’t disappoint. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this takeaway — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

This has become a regular takeout collection choice for me. Always reliable, with a great selection. I particularly appreciate that they give you a decent amount of meat in the main dishes, as some places can be a little miserly on that front. The premises itself is clean and presentable, and the staff are always very friendly.

How people can say this food is good? Possibly the worst takeaway I’ve had in my life. So disappointing. Everything is so oily, and watered down, tikka masala literally watery when it should be creamy. And all chunks of chicken exactly same shape and size and a ‘fake’ texture. Bombay aloo literally boiled potatoes with curry powder on! Even the naan bread is horrible. The lamb is revolting chewy pale overly meaty smelling and tasting. I dare not eat it as I don’t want to be ill tomorrow.

At first, tried their food through takeaway, i was so amazed by their quality and taste just like home, that it has become my regular stop for meal. Staff are well behaved and friendly. 5 star to Bengal Palace

I will start off with a positive..the poppadoms were amazing but unfortunately that is the only positive..the lamb that we had was inedible chewy and hard like leather and the curry was watery.unfortunately we had to put it in the bin.£25 lighter and very unhappy..
