Ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders to get this gross extremely greasy chicken strips. they look like they were rubbed against the bottom of the fryer. I ate one just hoping maybe this is how they were supposed to come. My stomach immediately turned. Paid almost 10$ to ruin my appetite and have an upset stomach for the rest of the night.

I have gave this location in Zebulon NC several opportunities to get things right! I am not sure why it is so hard to get an order correct let alone the customer service. Every single time I have placed the order at this location. It has been incorrect either a missing sauce or they stop cooking something at a certain time or the wrong drink. I mean delicious just goes on and on. I work in customer service. I am also in the people business so I tend to give people a little more leniency because people or people you never know what people are going through or what they have going on. But this location would be the very last resort. Just be prepared to have your order half right it will never will be 100% unless it is a basic order meaning not asking for any extras like sauce, condiments or even something as simple as utensils. Go here at your own risk, but you really just cannot make these things up!

First we waited at the register over 10 minutes to place our order. My husband ordered the 4 pc tender combo with m. potatoes and tea. He got recooked dry nearly burned chicken with cold French fries. I orders the 8 pc nugget combo with m potatoes and dt pepsi. Part of my nuggets were like rubber. Got my Pepsi and it had no carbonation in it. Tried a second drink. Same thing. Went to the counter and was told none of the drinks had any carbonation. They had water and sweet tea to drink. We waited 25 minutes after ordering to get this horrible meal. I’m not a fan of other chicken places but we will never go back to this KFC, Zebulon NC.

Just finished my lunch from this KFC. I will give them one star because the cashier was friendly. Other than that my experience was pretty disappointing. I ordered the 5 Tender Big Box, which is supposed to come with 2 sides, a biscuit, and a drink. When I got my order the box with the food was left open, was missing the biscuit, and only had 4 tenders. It seemed almost like they had started putting together my order, but didn’t finish it before giving it to me. I wouldn’t come here again.
Also a side note, one of my favorite drinks from KFC is the Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, which is only available at KFC. This location does not have this drink, which added to my disappointing experience.
