This one is for you Jalem!
Today I was not feeling good at all so I decided to stop by subway grab a vegetable wheat sandwhich Jalem, an amazing employee was so so kind to me he took his time and provided me quality service I had a great experience highly recommend this location! Plenty of parking, food is fresh fast service and restaurant is clean Thank you Jalem for taking the time to make my day alot better!

Brian was very helpful. The minute I walked in I said hello to the woman Samaythat was there, she did not speak back. At the time Brian was not around. She proceeded to do whatever it was she was doing with the clipboard. She almost made me walk out and not even order. Brian to the rescue walk straight to wash his hand and came to help me. While I dine in. I observed the woman being nice to the other customer which made me feel more uncomfortable because why did she not greet me like she did the Latino man. She practically ignored me and I spoke first. I believe customer service is not how you feel but when you come to work and represent a company you should fake it until you make it. I wanted to leave a TIP but it would of been split between the two of them and only one person deserved the tip and that’s Brian. The tip I want to leave for Samantha is when a customer walks in even if your preoccupied, you should say “hello and I’ll be with you in a moment or hello give me a moment I’ll be right with you. Once you keep them waiting you should say” thank you for waiting how can I help you”

I came to this subway location on my way home. I ordered three sandwiches. They ran out of meatball and marinara. It’s ok I ordered the the steak and cheese. The lady making my sandwich tried hard to keep composure as she made my sandwiches. Don’t know what brought this on. I’m always kind and nice to everyone I meet everywhere I go. Maybe she got angry at me for trying to order a meatball and marinara sandwich, I don’t know? Thanks for the sandwiches.

Grooss went in on 6/19/22 at 6:30 pm dirty worker dropping utensils and using them on my sandwich , then gave attitude with my mom . Lack of service and wouldn recommended going here the guy/girl weared bracelet and let it touch your sandwich grossed out by this .
