This was our first time here and the food was amazing! We had the samosa and chicken tikka masala (medium) and it was great! Great Indian food for a great price!

Delicious food. Tandoori chicken was average. Methi Chaman was delicious. Wish they started the dosas.
Definitely wish them good luck.

This place is amazing, the food is normally fantastic, like true quality and blows Namaste India out of the water in my opinion. However, the last couple times I’ve gone and gotten the Butter Chicken, the chicken is overcooked and/or past prime. The first time it was somewhat chewy and had an off taste. The second time it tasted fine but was even more chewy, to the point that I spit most of it out. I’m going to give it one more try, but I hope the owner’s sees this and gets this under control. The last place (Mama’s Cafe) and so many others start out great, and then they start moving toward quantity over quality, maybe to keep up with all the online orders, I don’t know. This place has serious potential though, so I’ll be going back with hope, and if they nail it like they did the first time, I’ll change my review and give a 5 star rating, because they deserve one.

Incredible find for Indian food. The service was fantastic and only topped by the spectacular food. We ordered several apps and each bite got better and better. Highly suggest the samosa which were light and crispy, samosa chaat with such complex and bold flavor profile and mixed vegetable pagoda which were addictive. For mains, each dish was flavorful and we couldn’t stop eating the garlic naan Such a great little spot, can’t wait to come back!

Stopped at Milagu yesterday on our way from New York to Connecticut and picked up a variety of dishes—biriyani, naan, chicken tikka masala, chilli chicken, shrimp street fried chicken, and veggie items.
Everything was delicious with great portions. We’ll be back, and my brother’s family will be visiting soon as well.

Open now for four months, Milagu Indian Cuisine restaurant has some mouth watering dishes. The food we ordered was fresh, tasty and with excellent flavor. As requested, the food was not spicy but bursting with flavor. Pricing was quite reasonable. Service was quick and staff very attentive. It’s a small restaurant but we did not have to wait for a table. We will definitely go back for the mouth watering dishes. (Posted December 26, 2025)

So glad we found this restaurant. Warm, friendly service and delicious food. Spice levels were on point and each dish was rich and flavorful. Ordered our entrees with a side of the biryani rice, which we would recommend. We will be back soon!

It was our first time going to this restaurant. It’s only been open for about 4 months. The ambience was nice, neat, and clean. The service was friendly, helpful, and quick for the amount of food we ordered. The food tasted better than the food we had on our trips to Chennai, India. All their spices are made in-house for a custom Indian food experience. Since it was our first time going there, as a party of 4, we had the chicken 65, chicken tikka masala, old city chicken biryani, navratna korma, bagara baingan curry, and naan. All dishes were made to our spice preference and every curry dish came with a big bowl of rice. We loved what we had, and can’t wait to support this small business by trying out more on the menu! Next time we’ll be sure to take pictures instead of letting the delicious smell distract us into eating everything first.

We ordered vegetarian catering for 100+ people for our house warming party, and overall the experience was outstanding. The food quality was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Every dish was perfectly balanced in taste, and the presentation was impressive. Portions were generous, and everything was delivered right on time. Our guests truly enjoyed the meal, and many even complimented us on the choice of caterer. It was clear that attention to detail and care went into every aspect of the catering. A reliable and highly recommended choice for any large gathering or special occasion.
