Unassuming restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a variety of meals to choose from that should please just about anyone. Family run. They even have a billiard table if you want to play pool while waiting for your food. Service was very friendly.
We had brisket with Mac and cheese, macaroni salad and coleslaw. Brisket was tender and smoky. They had a BBQ sauce that was tangy and it was good but good brisket doesn’t need sauce and this brisket was good without it. It was slightly moist and had good flavor. Mac and cheese was just okay. Needs some real cheese. Macaroni salad was also just okay. Needs a few more chopped up veggies and less mayonnaise. Coleslaw was one of the best we have had in years. Not too sweet or sour and not too finally chopped. Just right. All of their sides are made in house.
The price for these meals was very reasonable, actually a really good value for the amount of food. Worth a return visit if in the area again.

The shoulder was extremely tender. Potato salad was excellent. Baked beans were great. Pulled pork sandwich was very good. The service was on point. Staff and owner were very friendly and chatted with us for a nice conversation. Impressed and will return.

I had the brisket dinner. I got four nice slices of smoked brisket with fries and baked beans for $9.95. The brisket was delicious and the fries were perfect. I liked the beans, too. My husband got the ribeye steak with potato salad and baked beans for $12.95. He is super picky about his steak and I was surprised that that is what he ordered. It is rare for him to order a steak of any kind. He said if he could get a steak that tender, he would order it every time. He’s the potato salad person and deemed this ps as good. They are completing renovation of the building. We think everything looked great. The dining area was clean and the service was great. We highly recommend you try this restaurant. Keep in mind they are just getting started. Support local business whenever you can. We will be going back now that we know their hours of operation.

So confused , this place has hours online that indicate their open… But when are they actually open… They have looked dead the past 2 weeks. Live right in town in Columbia and drive back and forth to campbellsville or really anywhere I need as this is the main way
And they are always closed. Lights are always off during the day and the open sign is always off. The sign isn’t up anymore and really just begining to think this place is permanently closed. If you’re open still Please update hours…. So people can actually check you out.
