To whom this may concern we used to come there but we stopped we hadn’t been there in a while because every time we came it was missing items letters to me is etc she was very disrespectful to me and in front of other customers I would never step foot in Subway again on Paris Road Chalmette Louisiana until you change employees because she’s been very rude read the comments everyone has a problem with this one person. Secondly she doesn’t have any customer service she thinks that you have to accept her ignorance to order food this place was a Jim once upon a time it is falling down to that young lady that works morning shifts with a bad attitude we will not step foot in Subway again and that includes 9 of us thanks again and if the owner is reading this you can reach me by this contact information below

Last two visits here I had to request two extra scoops of tuna because I wasn’t happy with what they put on the sandwich. Some flatten out those scoops, and sone do not. I’m not even sure if I was charged for it the last time, couldn’t tell from the receipt, but generally if I ask to buy more meat, it means I wasn’t exactly pleased. And I’d rather tip, than pay for more.

We hosted a Career Fair and Expo at the Sigur Center on Thursday, 3/27. We ordered food for our vendors from this Subway. Evan and his staff were SUPERB!!!! The ordering process was easy, Evan was super attentive and awesome with follow up. The food arrived on time and was extra fresh! Follow up was awesome as well! I highly recommend this Subway for any of your catering needs or even just to stop in and grab a sandwich on a daily basis!

Completely unsanitary and in the attachment you’ll see the owner bringing in unkept and UNCOVERED bread, from the back seat of his car that way. Then when asked about why the bread was uncovered he gave attitude saying “it was in my car, what’s the big deal!” When we walked in there was hardly any meat to make sandwiches (not the first time.) and then he walks in with the bread that’s been riding in his unkept car Uncovered. (There was more uncovered bread that came in as well.) Needless to say, we left. This location and a few others were better with the old owners because clearly this one just does not care about his consumers and the safety of the food.

This subway is disgusting and the line is unsanitary. Absolutely the worst one in the parish. Always out of something, claim to not receive online orders. While they did fulfill my orders to the best of their ability, the staff is severely undertrained. This subway never fails to disappoint.

I’ve been here a bunch of times. Multiple times the user run out of the normal stuff. I ordered one of their new sandwiches and all the chicken was frozen in the back. I settled for a salad, healthier anyway

I have never been to a subway and when I get home been disappointed when I opened up and took a bite of my sandwich. I guess the bread was old and not fresh . It was burnt in the toaster. Worse I ever had. It was so hard to eat. The place wasn’t like it used to be . The other people don’t work there any more . It’s just not that clean. I won’t be back . I waisted my money !
