No wonder this place never has a line. We used to go to the one on seltice and always had good experience but we recently moved to stateline. This location needs new management or a new crew with some competent staff. Have gotten items left out of my bag so many times or if they miraculously manage to include everything something is always made wrong. Food is cold half the time. I have worked fast food so much in my life and understand mess ups happen sometimes but come on, not every single time. One time my order was so messed up I went back after calling like 6 times and they are like oh yah our phone number online is wrong. That was two months ago, it still doesn’t work. Will not even bother going back and am just gonna call corporate for a refund and will either drive over to seltice or go to the valley

I ordered a small amount of food. All I asked for was a quesadilla with no sauce on it. And they gave me a quesadilla the cheese was not melted it wasn’t cooked and they had a lot ton of sauce on it. I have really bad geographical tongue and I can’t have really spicy food so I specifically asked for no sauce which it was covered in sauce that was barely any cheese in the cheese wasn’t melted and my food was cold. I called three times and no one answered. The people at drive-thru were nice but the people on line cook need to be fired. Everytime I come to this place they always mess something up or I wait a half an hour even tho it’s not busy. The people making are food are always high aswell.

god i wish i took more pictures of how empty the tacos are, or how a single person there doesn’t understand how to wrap a burrito. i worked at a zips so i totally understand caring a lot less about what you put out cause you have white bags yelling in ur ear, but for the drive thru last night to say “any product that requires beef will have to substitute for steak or chicken”, first of all, you guys are taco bell, absolutely no way did yall “run out of beef” so we ask for a refund and you can hear the entire kitchen in the speaker start laughing and hollering. kept giving this place a try for the convenience but my order being handed out the drive thru when im in the lobby, 90% of my food is just the tortilla, and every worker i’ve every interacted with seemed like we had family beef going back generations. i am just wasting money coming here. if these lazy kids don’t wanna work fast food, walmart is across the street :/

I wonder what nachos without cheese is called, a bell grande perhaps. Haven’t checked the burritos yet but I suspect saying no sour cream translates to no dairy, or fake dairy to be more accurate. I have had many of these experiences at this location, just never took the time to review. At this point I would suggest going a little farther to liberty lake as this location 1 for 10 or so for accuracy, either the thing you ask to hold is on there, no sauces, or this example here and I haven’t looked at the the burritos yet but asked for no sour cream there also. Suspect I probably got no cheesy double beef burritos. Be sure to keep hiring the way you do so we can see an Arby’s or something else take over that building when you close down.

I’ve worked fast food and I get it but damn… I called the store twice and no one answered. My burrito is literally flat and there was sauce and meat all over the wrapping?? The taco is damn near empty, my fries and cheese sauce were cold. Mind you the fries are supposed to be dropped every 15 mins yall also gave me a chalupa with 2 pieces of chicken in it and that’s it. Best believe I will be coming into store and speaking with a manager because whoever was working the back pissed off either needs a few days off or needs a new job completely lmfao. And to the manager reading this, incident was June 14th 2025 at 12am. I would like a refund completely.

Spent $23, the new steak and chicken street tacos were all taco shell and sauce and hardly any steak and even less chicken,These things are expensive but taste great so I don’t mind, but when the ingredient ratios are way off it’s frustrating.

Absolutely terrible. Sat at the drive through window for 10+ minutes waiting for someone to take our order (even honked & said hello to get attention). Cars piled up behind us. Eventually drove up to the window to try and get our order taken; they told us to drive back around and try again & told us we probably went to the wrong ‘screen’. ♀️ when we pulled out to just leave 5+ cars were still waiting in the drive though having the same issue.

Did an online order. I had specifically asked to get fresh nacho fries as every time i’ve ever gotten them here they are cold and stale. Was told no problem, got my nacho fries.They were cold and stale, took them in to have them replaced… the counter girl was talking to some guy over by the tables didnt even acknowledge me for several mins I had to get a guy from the lines attention. She never acknowledged me even after this point. Explained the issue he grabbed me “new” fries that were also stale -_- I dont understand why its so hard to get fresh nacho fries….

This place is absolutely 0/10. DO NOT COME HERE. Orders are always missing items , food is absolutely stale and/or you get charged for extra and hardly received any if that. Workers are a bunch of young and middle age people wanting to be young who give zero Fs.. They are creepy, Rude and incompetent . Do not visit this location you might wait 15mins stuck in between cars in the drive at the order screen before they even answer to the car ahead of you. , this location needs work and a lot of it.
