Veggie spring rolls were hard, not crispy but hard. Orange chicken and walnut honey shrimp were just ok. Rice tasted old. Noodles tasted old as well.

Panda Express is one of my very favorite restaurants. First, it’s essentially “fast food”, but you can get fresh veggies that aren’t overcooked, so many entree to choose from, that are right there for you see! We’ve loved it for years, and were delighted when one opened in Jonesboro! Absolutely fantastic!

Okay this is my second time to ever go through the drive through. I gave it 2 chances. I ordered a plate with 2 entrees and a second. To me a side means a smaller portion to compliment the entrees. What I got both times was huge portions of the sides (rice the 1st, noodles the 2nd) with extremely small portions of the actual entrees. Seriously I got maybe 8 small pieces of chicken then left with a bunch of noodles. Total was $11. Disappointed with the portions and price point. One entree was to have peanuts in it – I got ONE! Bye bye – I need more protein!

Usually I come here for my usual some of the workers know me by name however, as of late there have been issues with workers having attitudes and not wanting to work. Today is the worst I’ve ever been treated by staff at this establishment showed up well before closing. They closed The kitchen a little over 30 minutes early. I sat in the drive-through well over five minutes and no one responded said anything. Went to the window asked if anyone was working the drive-through a new worker told me that they close at 10 O’clock. I asked when did they change the hours? The worker said this was only his second day and that all the workers he was working with the past two nights have told him they close at 10 and that the website shows 10 o’clock I try to explain to the worker that the official website All of the navigation apps including the mobile app shows they close at 10:30 the worker close the drive-through window in my face and walked off. I tried calling the store to speak to a supervisor because I did not appreciate that a female answer the phone and another female in the background stated for them to hang up. They weren’t dealing with that tonight and I was hung up on. I attempted to call him back and they declined the call.
The attitude with the workers are absolutely getting out of hand. They have been closing the restaurant earlier than when they’re supposed to, and then they get attitude when people are asking questions and the food quality has been starting to go down usually on my lunch breaks. I go there at least 23 times every single week and have done so since they have opened But considering the attitudes in the way that they have been treating customers as of late, I will never eat here again. My money can be better spent elsewhere.

First time visit to the maumelle store. Will not be back. Ordered ala cart broccoli beef, sesame honey chicken and lo mein noodles. It was Saturday evening 7 pm. Beef and broccoli was 95% broccoli with very little beef or sauce. The broccoli was way over cooked with some pieces yellow. Sesame chicken was ok but tasted like it had been sitting awhile. Noodles were dry with little sauce and again tasted like day old noodles. $30 for 3 entrees that were sub par One chance to show how good the food was. I will not give it a 2nd chance. Service was good at drive up but does make up for bad food

Never been here before. They were dead and I ordered something small. 2 side items. I’ve been waiting In My car for ten minutes. Hopefully it’ll be hot. since I’ve been waiting I’ve watched customers pull in. Park. Go inside. Order. Come back out with food and leave. All while still waiting for my order in the drive thru. … now two different customers have come and gone. I think they forgot about my order.

This new location offers great food and service. My only minor gripe is I wish they would have most of the entrees prepared when they open each day cuz whenever I go right after they open I usually have to wait for a few dishes to be cooked. Fortunately the wait is not long.
