They gave me old bread for my sub. The whole sub was falling apart. The sub was also soggy.
In the picture u can see how the sub doesn’t even fold. It was cut on both sides. They gave me the They sell you old bread so you’re better off going somewhere else.

I came in and the worker was not personable at all and I couldn’t understand him due to lack of speaking clearly. Then while making my sandwich, he went over to the register and touched everything with his gloves still on, and then proceeded to walk back over to my sandwich and put his hands on my sandwich with those same now dirty gloves. VERY UNSANITARY!!!

I went for breakfast before work. The place was hot. Like they don’t have their ac’s on. The young lady that helped me was not feeling good cuz of the heat. I sure wish OSHA would visit this restaurant.

Wonderful experience with this subway. Ordered 80 lunchboxes for teachers of an unspecified school, had dietary restrictions, special requests, etc., and this store handled it like a champ extremely grateful for the work that they put in to make these boxes and make the teachers happy! Ordered through the app for the first AND LAST time. I won’t go to this location again. They use DoorDash to deliver, the driver messaged me that the cookies I ordered were out of stock. I said that’s fine just refund those. About 15 minutes later she messages me saying the manager cancelled my order. I called Subway. Daisy said she was the manager. I asked her why she cancelled my order. She said if I cancel the cookies they have to cancel the whole thing. So then why are the cookies not marked out of stock on your app then?? Anyway, they sent a new driver to pick up the order with substitute cookies. While on his way to deliver the order was mysteriously cancelled. He messaged me so I called Subway. Daisy said they didn’t cancel it. I said I’ll just go get my own order, what time do you close…she said 9:00. This was at about 8:15. So I head to the restaurant and call on my way to ask them to remake the order. The guy on the phone said “well we close at 9:00”. This was at 8:35. I said okay I’m like 2 minutes away. He said but we’re already closing everything up. Long story short? He was locking the doors when I arrived at 8:37! I knocked on the window and asked to speak to the manager. I asked her why she said 9:00 and why are you locking the doors almost 25 minutes to closing…she said that’s really none of your business. Ummmm, yes it is! When your business hours are til 9 and you tell a customer who is about to head over that you close at 9..yeah it’s my damn business. I asked her for the name and contact for the store manager. She wrote a fake number on the back of a Subway receipt paper! I’ve never had good service at this location and will not ever go back!

Probably one of the best subways in ELP. Diner’s always clean, service is fast and employees are nice. The owners are probably some of the best people around, and the prices are some of the lowest compared to other stores. 10/10 would recommend

Andrew and his coworker we’re awesome! I have been to several subways, but never have I received such a great service as this young gentleman. They were efficient, dedicated and completely respectuful.

Great service from Subway Sandwich Artist Ms. Argentina. She was really nice and went the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable. She also was more than accommodating when I asked her if she could cut my sandwich the old way. Her service made my day. Unfortunately, when I called to give the management comments on my great experience I was not treated as great. The person who I spoke with who only identified himself as the owner wasn’t as friendly. He wasn’t completely rude but he did make me feel that calling him was a mistake hence my 3 star rating and not 5. I decided to post this review just to give that young lady recognition for her excellent service. We need more Argentinas in the customer service world.
