Awful! If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed order at 7pm. When it was delivered the sauce was missing from my meal. I immediately called them back, said they would deliver. 40 minutes goes by, I call for an update. The sauce still hadn’t been collected by the driver!! By 9:25pm I call to get a refund. I’m told that the person answering the call can’t authorize a refund. I asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold for quite some time. The person then returns and says he will need to call the manager “Lisa” and he will then call me back. I never did receive a call back. 9:30pm the sauce finally arrives, but by this time it is too late for me to eat. I ordered at 7pm, food didn’t arrive in full until 9:30pm!!!! I did not want to go to bed on a full stomach of food, so the money I paid for my order was completely wasted!! NEVER AGAIN! Appalling customer service.

Delivered on the day we got snowed in by three feet of snow. They have a special place in my heart bc of that. Very easy to work with and delivered within thirty minutes of placing my order. Also, there is a choice on how spicy you want your food, which was very nice. The food itself was really good but not as fresh as my regular Chinese place. Overall, 4 and a half stars 😀

Food was delicious, only thing I didn’t really like were the dumplings. But the house special fried rice was awesome and fresh not sticky and in a big clotted together heap, the no less spareribs were delicious, sweet and sour chicken was great, wonton soup was awesome through and through! And the beef on a stick was to die for! Love this place!! Will order again soon! And a big plus was NO MSG since my sister is very allergic to it!

Literally ordered beef lo mein for my children, called to tell them they took the wrong order she never repeated it over the phone or nothing. I tipped extra just cause they came quickly. But they came quickly with the wrong food. So now my kids eat nothing because they no longer have a “delivery person” till 5. I work in two restaurants. This isn’t a way you handle business by telling me to come over to the restaurant and get the correct food. Absolutely dissatisfied. Never again

DONT GET THIS FOOD!! The General Tso chicken we ordered was not cooked all the way and tasted super weird. We call them to explain the problem and to ask for a refund and we were told we could only get store credit they don’t refund money. Why would we want a refund when the food was terrible. Overall TERRIBLE experience.

Food was extremely tasty and it was still hot after a while cashier was impressive food came on time I recommend lo mein fried rice and chicken with broccoli food isn’t too expensive and the seafood boil was out of this world I definitely recommend this place

So far I’ve only had one dish their, General Tso’s chicken. The rice is nice but the broccoli (which you pay an extra $2 for.) is like chewing teeth.

I placed an order for pickup online. I called the restaurant to ask when it would be ready and they told me 15/20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant they were closed!!!! Restaurant was dark and locked up for what looked like quite awhile. I never got my food. Thanks for nothing.
