If you want the most flavorful ham of your life this is the place to get it. Not only is their catering fast and delicious, their ham has been my go to addition for every holiday event for years. The only downside is even if I bought a 400 lb ham my family would scarf it down and I’d be left with little to no leftovers. It’s that good. Felicia and the team at this HBH are outstanding and I cannot rave about them enough.

The food was decent, however I will not be returning to this location, and I dont believe I will be visiting another. I witnessed a young caucasion male employee call a young mixed race female employee a very nasty racial slur. (The n- word) Aside from the horror and shock I myself felt, the young lady this nasty slur was hurled at is why I am writing this review. The look of confusion shock and hurt she had on her face is what is sticking with me. This young lady has always been rather pleasant in my past interactions with her at this store. To hear this young man verbally assaulting this young lady was very disturbing. Despite the nastiness and continued rudeness from this young man, this young woman, handled the situation with dignity. I hope and pray that this place does not foster and uphold the hostility and hate spewed from this young man’s mouth. I PRAY what I witnessed today is not a normal working environment for this young woman. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT if this is not addressed and this young man is not reprimanded for his incomprehensible language and actions.

We ordered the Honey Baked turkey breast, green bean casserole, gravy and dressing for Thanksgiving. Everything was delicious! The side dishes were easy to bake (or heat stove-top for the gravy), were every bit as good as I could make and no there was pretty much no clean-up! Quick and easy to pick-up at the store after on-line ordering. This was a winner, winner stress-free, yummy turkey dinner for our family and we highly recommend.

Must be new owners! I ordered potato salad and it wasn’t even 1/2 the size that it used to be and they change the recipe, yuck. My wife ordered a ham and cheese with mustard and mayo sauce but it came with onions and pickles which my wife didn’t want on her sandwich. The quality has gone down the tubes. We where going to order a ham for Christmas but that isn’t happening now.

This was so unlike the other store we had visited earlier and chose not to make a purchase there.
The sliced ham has been delicious. We’ve had it for Christmas dinner, breakfast, and several other dinners.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The manager here is so overbearing. The person at the register has no clue what’s going on. Reply to comment below… It’s easy to say there was a misunderstanding and to side with someone when you weren’t there. The manager solved the problem. I would have been the happiest person in the world but it was the way she kept wanting to act like there was a problem when there wasn’t. First of all, she corrected me that the guy was a she, not a he. I don’t care about that at all, but wear a name tag with a pronoun if it’s that big of a deal. She just kept asking me what the problem was constantly when there wasn’t one. She kept answering for the person at the counter, creating issues. Id ask a simple question, and each time I did, she would step in with an abrasive voice like I had an issue. That’s when I said to the manager, I didn’t even ask for you. She said she was going that way anyways. I asked that because she kept creating issues. I couldn’t even explain anything or stick up for myself because I just wanted my food. You guys can say what you want but even the people in back of me were big eyed. My kid and I talked about how I was treated for 2 hours after. If you want the customer experience to be like that for everyone , than keep pretending things were a misunderstanding. How about not acting like the customer is doing anything wrong each time they speak. It’s all in her tones, and her speaking for the person like I was trying to start something when I wasn’t.

There is a fantastic guy that made our sandwiches there. We got the ham sandwiches and he made them to order. We grabbed some chips and a drink and did eat there. They ham was enhanced by the honey mustard that they spread on the sandwich. He suggested a turkey salad that they make in house that we had never tried before. He gave us a sample & we loved it. We will be back to buy it for several occasions! If you like ham you must try this place.
