Usually not an issue but I always order easy ice. I understand the cup may not be as full of beverage but it’s what I want. I drank the whole thing to illustrate the issue. Unfortunately they gave me extra apparently.

Update didn’t even have to ask a very nice barista noticed my name and gave me my beverage for free and also told me to just bring it back and they’ll remake it. She pretty great about the whole thing.

Just wanted to update my review. Classes are back in session and MHK has swelled. There are new faces and old faces but they work hard and efficient with a smile on their face. Still the best place to go. Love my Baristas

All of the baristas who work here go above and beyond to make sure you have great service and a great experience! They always have a warm welcome and hope you have a great day! If you want the best Starbucks experience this is the place to go. This is the only Starbucks I will go to. Love them!!!

I ran out of coffee on Christmas Day; Starbucks to the rescue. Not only did I get the much needed caffeine, I discovered a new coffee that is superb. And the young ladies were cheerful and helpful.

I was thoroughly disappointed in employees. I had ran into grab something this morning and there was a man in front of me. He was just trying to get Starbucks like everyone else. I witness employees treating him badly and judging him. I believe in this business kindness goes a long way. Everyone should treat people how Jesus would.

Very rude when I asked them to make my drink how I like it, made me pay over $2 for extra cold foam which wasn’t even extra really and that’s never happened before today. Really bummed about it because I used to really like this location.

Ordered a drink recently from the Tuttle Creek Starbucks. It took a little long to receive my order which was fine, I was in no rush and as I was receiving my drink from a polite barista, one of managers named Julie was rushing the barista and being very rude to her repeating to her to stop being so slow and other impolite statements. I have been here multiple times and started to realize she was a new manager and she often scolds team members and has no respect for them. I feel sorry for those team members and hope she receives a discussion with her higher ups.

*Update- never had an issue with ordering light ice at this Starbucks or others. However, this may be the new norm. Order a Venti, pay Venti price and basically get a Grande for your order. The batista did say it will be less in the cup due to light ice, but seriously… that’s by a lot. I did do a normal order yesterday and it was an insane amount of ice which is why I requested light this time.

The service has been great the times I have gone through the drive thru. I have not had a problem with any of my orders.

The management here should be ashamed. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks and I’ve been to plenty. I ordered a drink (pretty standard, nothing wild), and the barista messed it up. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I politely went up to the counter to ask if I could get it remade. Instead of even pretending to care, the barista, Jewls it said on her name tag (is that even a real name), snapped at me with an attitude so rude it honestly stunned me.
But it gets worse.
While I’m still standing there, she turns around, grabs a bottle of syrup off the counter, shoves it under her apron like we’re in some weird caffeine-themed heist movie, and just walks out to her car.
Absolutely unacceptable. Between the attitude, the messed-up drink, and what looked suspiciously like theft, I’ll be taking my overpriced coffee business elsewhere. One star only because zero isn’t an option. Starbucks, do better.
