So Appreciative of the Great Vegetarian Options!

Full disclosure, I didn’t get a chance to eat here on this trip, but I felt compelled to leave a 5-star review. Why? Because as a traveler who looks for vegetarian food, it was fantastic to see such great options on the menu. So often the only choice is a sad salad, so finding a clear and appealing Falafel Pita Sandwich and a full Falafel Entrée Platter was a very welcome sight.

While I was looking over the menu, I also noticed the cashier and cooking staff seemed very attentive and efficient with the customers they were serving.

Thank you for offering substantial and delicious-looking vegetarian meals! I will be planning my next trip through LGB to make sure I have time to eat here.

Tiny portions, overpriced. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. Flavors were good, but I can’t get over how little salad I got for $18.

Seems to be a common theme among a majority of the reviews but the owner does not seem to care to address as this would cut into their profit margins. The captive airport audience has few options and if you’re like me read the disappointing review after I ordered.

The food was just okay, but the amount I got for $22 was even more disappointing. I got a meal voucher for a delayed flight and it didn’t even cover the cost of a chicken kebab platter. I wanted to order the falafel platter but it was not available. I ordered food Friday morning when they opened.

Quality, flavor, and freshness 4 stars. Price was high so value is lower but probably in line with other airport choices. Some community seating if you can find a table.

I really wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. The food was not only small in portion size but it was disgusting. Steak tasted like it had gone bad and so did the gyro. I ordered because the line was short, but after receiving my food i see why. The worker was wearing a giving touching EVERYTHING, REGISTER, UTENSILS,including directly touching The food. This lady took the steak off the kebab and squeezed, and then proceeded to put it in the box! This place is disgusting! Avoid at all costs!

DAMN RIP OFF OVERPRICED MEAL. PAID $25+TAX+TIPS FOR THIS. FRIES BREAD SALAD AND TINY BITS OF MEATS AND MEALS NOT EVEN GOOD. CUP OF INSTANT NOODLE BETTER THAN THIS.

Crazy expensive at $16 for a Gyros and a little bit of fries Or $18 for a Gyros salad.

But you have no other good options either if you’re here at the Long Beach airport.

Food tasted decent. Nothing special.

Alsolute scam with the tiny portion for the $23 plate, and the guy’s face at the counter looks like he doesn’t even want to be there. The steak is chewy like rubber, even though I had it cooked at medium rare. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible. One of the worst airport restaurants I’ve been to, and that’s a low bar. The kabob plate was 4 small pieces of burnt chicken for $20. You’re better off eating food from a vending machine. Asked for more ketchup for my daughter’s fries and they they tried to fight me on it.

Although it was expensive, it’s what I expected from a restaurant at an airport. I really liked the food and thought it was really flavorful. I would like to try one of their locations outside of the airport but all in all I would recommend George’s Greek Cafe if you are at this airport.
