I haven’t been to the North Lauderdale location in years. But after the great customer service that I received from Fabiola I will definitely return. She was very knowledgeable of the menu, she had great customer service and answered every question that I asked. She was awesome!! Thanks Fabiola for your great customer service.

I mistakenly ordered at this location but it was a smooth in and out process. Dana provided great customer service and was very helpful with my issue I had with the online promotion. The pizza taste better and the workers are so much nicer and welcoming. I’d rather drive 15 minutes away to this location instead of the location 2 mins away from my house.

I waited 4 hours for my pizza and no one seemed to care. Supposedly the deliverer was doordash and dropped it off at the wrong house. I had to call the driver who was very rude to me. Then I called this pizza hut and they seemed to be young and inexperienced. I really wanted a refund but they did off my order instead 4 hours later. I will never order from this one again. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me someone would call.. No call ever happened

Had such a great experience at Pizza Hut!
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious — but what really made the visit special was Fabiola. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her customers!

I really don’t know why this location has many bad reviews, for my experiences here have been pleasant. My orders are always delivered on time and everything I have ordered from them is fresh and delicious. My favorite is their freshly baked brownies with Hershey’s chocolate chips. It is so soft and it melts easily in the mouth

Poor Management & Zero Customer Service
I placed an online order for a pizza, which was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store 6 minutes later, checked in with the cashier, and waited inside. For the next 25 minutes, I watched multiple customers come in after me and leave with their orders before mine.
When I finally asked the manager about my order, I was shocked to learn it hadn’t even been started. Her response? A simple “sorry” — no explanation, no effort to make the situation better, just “sorry, 5 more minutes.” After waiting another 8 minutes, I requested a refund, which unbelievably took almost 10 more minutes to process.
In total, I wasted nearly an hour in the store without ever receiving my order. Extremely poor management, lack of accountability, and zero customer service. I will not be returning.

This Pizza Hut is the worst. It’s nothing but kids who work there. One time I visited the store one of the kids was texting on his phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me until he finished up his text I stood there for about 2 minutes.waiting to spend my money.
Had pizza delivered and the pizza was delivered to my children all mangled. It was 100% discombobulated I have never in my life seen something so disrespectful and unacceptable.
It looked like the team decided to play football with it in the back before it was delivered. i’m really disappointed in the product. Also the way the manager decided she was going to handle it. She was willing to remake and have it redelivered however I was over it and just wanted a full refund.
She explained that she could refund the pizza but the chicken wings need to be paid for. Without exaggeration. The picture i uploaded is exactly the pizza looked when the kids opened it. I thought we was apart of a prank and the cameras was going to come out at any moment.
And just so we are clear this is the North Lauderdale location on 441 and champion a sad mess if you don’t like your job you should get a new one. And to the company if you just employing people to have bodies you have lost the love for this business.

If they don’t forget a meal, send things wrong as if they did them with their feet. It’s the worst thing for me, I’ll never buy from that store again. I ordered some cinnamon rolls and I’m supposed to bring a sweet on top and they sent me those hard breads.
