They started by saying we couldn’t leave the room after 10pm because the key maker was broken…. she had to come open the door for us. There were roaches running rampant, even in the blanket. No remote for the tv… tub was filthy. Didn’t feel safe at all!! Real shady people all over! Cigarette burns in the blanket and pillow cases. Thankfully they gave us a refund and were went down the road

First things first. If a person rents a room. A person should get a key to there room. Not only this I did like the fact that the people there said I had to stay in my room after 10 . Now if this sounds messed up then respond. Now what the best part about is it’s not only a drug stop for people it’s nasty and the health department should shut that place down for the bugs and the the mold. I know most don’t read there’s reviews but don’t stay because it is not safe for anyone. Oh ya thank you to management for the rude encounter.

i don’t even know where to start. i went to hattiesburg to evacuate a hurricane and needed a place to stay for the night. i had my cats with me and this was the ONLY hotel with an open room and allowed pets so we took it. the smell in the room was so intense i wanted to vomit, speaking of vomit, there was a dried spot on the floor. looked like it wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned up. the lock ripped off the door frame, the dead roaches, the cigarette butts on the floor, the stained sheets, and the used bandaid on the headboard was enough for me to never want to stay there again. i couldn’t even sleep and only stayed so my cats could stretch their legs. the lady at the front desk was nice but that’s about the only thing this place has going for it. def felt like i was in a horror movie!

An uber shady location. Rooms were unclean, not stocked, and poorly furnished. And I say rooms because the first 2 were completely unacceptable, there was even a bag of drugs in one of the end tables. Also 2 light bulbs per room meaning get ready to play musical bulbs. And for the first 4 hours they weren’t able to set a key card to the room. I don’t know who regulates or issues the ability to be a motel, hotel, or inn. But whoever does needs to shut that place down asap.

Didn’t have roaches but plenty of addicts crawling around.
And when I asked for ice… The front desk clerk said:
It is broke and will continue to be.
Then when asked for shampoo..I was told that this isn’t a Fancy Motel but rather a Local one…. hmmmmmm…

Vey dilapidated structure. The exterior looks almost like the place should be shut down. There is a massive pothole in the parking lot with exposed concrete wires hidden in water waiting to burst your tires. The inside of the rooms are ok, if you’re not worried of possible stray bullets, junkies wandering around and your vehicle being vandalized/stolen.

Went to visit a friend. Was knocking on door and the tweaked out maintenance man told me to come back later, that the hotel manager was about to come thru and about how i should leave. I guess i looked like a trick/druggie? But it was a very strange event. I will never go back there.

My son stayed there as a resident and the doors dont even lock properly. He was robbed and beaten. He was left for dead. I wouldn’t suggest staying there, it’s not safe..Rm.124 has dogs living in it and the owner doesn’t stay there,he’s (JR) the housekeeper.

Rm #11*?… of my list when i get to your city to visit. Owners are wonderful. Drama is not tolerated & “2 KICKASS HOUSEKEEPERS” that have owners back like property security.

Everything was great except for the holes in the wall, broken fire alarm broken tv, broken toilet, broken table. Broken lamps, BED BUGS, and piss on the floor. But those things are acceptable, aren’t they? NOT!!!!
