This Starbucks literally has the sweetest staff in the whole world. I came in with my baby to get a coffee and some things done on my computer. They saw me coming and opened the door for me, brought me my little drink, and got that door for me again on my way out… the coffee was delicious and hot and they made the order quickly despite having a long drive through line. Tables were all immaculate. But the best part was the good vibes and the people just made my day, thanks

Every time I come here they don’t make my drink right. This store is always extremely inconsistent in the way they make drinks. Even if you get specific with them they still cannot get it. Every other Starbucks in town is fine, but this one cant seem to get it.

Every time I’ve been here my drink is wrong. They make it horribly and it’s like they put in no effort to make it taste right. They have horrible attitudes and clearly don’t enjoy working in customer service. 9 out of 10 times I’m here, the staff are rude and the drink is bad. There’s maybe 3 employees who have been kind to me.

How are people this bad at their jobs – in this economy? Ask the morning crew from 9/6 why they earned a 1 star review. I had to go through the drive through twice and then walk in to the register to finally get my complete order.

After spending all night by my grandma’s death bed I was desperately needing coffee before my long drive home. I mentioned in the drive through that it was a rough day. Cheng was so absolutely kind and amazing and my coffee was perfect. The kindness of a stranger in the moment went a really long way.

This was my favorite location, but unsure if something changed but anytime I get coffee it’s usually missing ingredients. My wife picked up our mobile order and when I got the order it had no oat milk at all. In an oat milk shaken espresso. To contact someone to even get a refund is like pulling teeth. I frequent here a few times a week, and just want my $6 coffee right. Not much to ask for.

My sisters and I went to Starbucks and wanted something refreshing. We had ordered 3 mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. After we completed our order and had paid already. We overheard one of the workers say out loudly “Gosh I just hate making mango dragonfruit teas”. It made us feel uncomfortable like they didn’t want to service us. After I received my order I asked the barista “oh do you guys not make the drinks with the fruit pieces anymore”? *hence the photo on the right*
She then proceed to say “oh we ran out of the dragonfruit pieces, but I can add strawberry pieces for you, if you wanted”. I said “No thanks”
Overall it just made us upset because when we ordered they didn’t share or ask if we were ok getting the drink still if they didn’t have all the ingredients. Also, the experience that was received from the service and outcome of our drinks.

this has been my favorite starbucks location ever since they opened! the drive thru is in a good location that is easy to access, the drinks and food have always been amazing, and the staff is always great!

I went today to grab coffee of course and this is how much was in my cup before I drank it. I spent almost $6 on an almost half empty cup. This was after I went inside to grab it with a loud and assertive thank you with no response. Is this just Starbucks now or should there be more? Edit to add: this is an 8oz cup so I wasn’t going to get much coffee to begin with.
One more Edit: I did not notice the cup was so low until I got home as I wanted to enjoy my cup on the couch with a movie. Although, a week later I placed a mobile order for what I thought was this location. Turns out I placed it for Clairemont. When I arrived, a barista made my entire order for me after realizing the mistake, no questions asked. Made my day so I’m raising my review! Just fill up my cup! We pay good money for this coffee.
