I was in the mall and hungry for a cheesesteak sub and there was Charley’s. Ordered a small size and a Coke Zero!! Yeah they have Coke Zero the best diet soda around. Ok the cheesesteak was Fantastic. The bread tastes homemade, there was a ton of provolone melted to perfection, the steak was tender and I was in heaven. I devoured it and am craving another!! So so good

So overpriced – like $19 just for a large sub and fries. The fries were not great and the sub was just OK.. up until I found a hair in it that was coming from inside the sandwich!!! I don’t have black hair! Also I felt sick after eating so I’d give 0 stars if I could. Overall a very dissapointing experience

I have always like Charley’s as my go to. But last few times the subs have been smaller and the meat amount has been significantly less. It’s a $10 regular sized sub with $6 small worth of actual meat. Doesn’t even fill the small bread it’s on.

Update: I only order fries or mozzarella sticks now due to the unhealthy grill cleaning habits. Today the marinara sauce was spoiled. Almost had a brown coloring and tasted really sour. New management is needed here…… QUICK!
