We walked in today to the Sandpoint location and the employee was sitting on her phone. She ran up to us and said she is out of bread and cannot make us sandwich’s. The rack was lined with bread but she said it had to rise for 20 minutes before serving. The employee’s obviously didn’t prepare for the day. We have had multiple bad experiences at this location but this was the most disappointing. The two prior visits were later in the evening, a hour or more before the posted closing time. The lights were dimmed, the open sign turned off and food put away. When we walked in the employee was sitting on their phone and said they were closed.

This location really needs to get it together I stopped going to this location over 8 months ago because of my last horrible nightmare of an experience there. I recently tried to give them another shot because it has been awhile but once again I was disappointed. Didn’t even get to eat there because they were out of bread (like always) and had locked the doors during peak business hours. No sign or nothing.The lady who came to the door seemed like she was having a very bad day and was the same girl that everyone is writing reviews about being rude and is the the same one that has been rude to me in the past as well. She is awful and needs to be taught customer service. In an annoyed tone she came to the door and said “we are closed and out of bread” then closed the door again no explanation as to how long they would be closed or even if they would be open again later today. it is not the cleanest location either

I honestly wouldn’t give this one star if it didn’t make me to place a review.
I placed and order online for convenience and I will NEVER do it again. The quality of sandwich is insane! If I received this in person I would want a refund no question. Super disappointed and probably won’t be back for awhile. And how sad to say it’s the worst sandwich I have ever had. What a bummer. Always order sandwiches inside I guess..

The employees here don’t give a damn about their job. They open late and close early, They keep the doors locked and will watch you stand outside until you leave. last time I ate here I got so sick afterwards this place is a whole joke and a half

WORST SERVICE EVER. Saddest part? It was the ASSISTANT MANGER AND MANAGER that was at my service tonight. Won’t going back. Refused to toast my bread, for a while I’ve been going here, and have ALWAYS toasted my Flatbread. Food tasted terrible. It was like a mushed taco. Horrible.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my frustration with this Subway location. My friend and I went in today, looking forward to getting a couple of cookies to go with his meal, only to be told they wouldn’t sell him any. Not because they were out, but because… they just didn’t feel like selling cookies, I guess? Totally baffling and disappointing. This is an unnecessary power trip. Sub wasn’t good either, it had a crunchy meatball in it. A simple cookie and meatball sub should never be a problem. Also the workers in there never seem to be having a good day.

Customer service was atrocious. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. I almost canceled my order halfway through because the lady was acting like we were a huge bother to her and the other guys who were just hanging out in the back for almost five minutes having a chuckle. When they finally came out, it was just a rude attitude. After paying, I had to be the one to say thank you, and have a nice day. And she just followed up with ok. She had a dirty scowl the whole time and just throwing things on my sandwich again like it was a big bother to provide any service at all. I will not be returning to this subway.

Placed an order for over 30$ online over an hour before listed closing time, only to have the Subway app void my purchase but take my money. Now I wait who knows how long to get my money back. No answer on phone at 7pm. Should change your hours if your going to close with no notice. Will go to Ponderay Subway from now on. Don’t give this location your business, this isn’t my first time having problems with this location.

Arrived at 1700. Chairs were up on tables, store was generally unkempt…trash on floor, tables filthy, fake plants covered in months of dust. No ice at the drink dispenser. Ordered a Veggie sub. They were out of tomatoes, pickles, olives and the lettuce looked like it was what they swept up off the floor. Halted the sandwich build at that point and departed. They were scheduled to be open for three more hours. A sad state of many affairs. One star rating is overly generous. Go to Mr Sub instead, it is easily 10 times better!!
