My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch while waiting for the piano bar to open. The food and service were excellent, and the drinks—including the famous Hurricane—were phenomenal. The catfish was out of this world!

As for the dueling pianos, the pianists were both excellent, but the music selections didn’t quite scream New Orleans. Don’t get me wrong, they were outstanding—very versatile, mega-talented, and quite entertaining. We’ll just have to come back in the evening next time to catch the jazzier, bluesier piano vibe we were hoping for.

First trip to New Orleans and had to try. Did not disappoint! Our server Derrick with 2 “r”s was awesome, personable and attentive. We tried the famous hurricane and shared a muffuletta, our friends had the trio. Perfect choices. The atmosphere at night was great as well. Highly recommend.

My son and I just stopped by for one of their famous hurricanes. We were seated in the quiet courtyard next to the fountain. Our server was excellent and highly personable. The drink was powerful but well-balanced. The best hurricane we had in NOLA. I would recommend.

Such a cool place to eat and have cocktails! You should definitely get the catfish po’boy if it’s available. Our waitress was fun and upbeat and the music was perfect.

I read a review that the woman’s bathroom was upstairs and up narrow stairs, but that is inaccurate. The women’s bathroom is on the ground floor and very easy to get to.

It is one of the best place for cocktails you can find within New Orleans old town. They can serve you in a glass or for to go. If you want to have a real glass for a good photo shooting, you have to tell the bartender or the waitress when you order. The cocktails were really good as you can get a full load of liquor. Which is really good for the price you paid.

Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans is a must-visit spot every time I’m in town. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy. Their famous Hurricane drink is strong, sweet, and absolutely delicious. It’s the best I’ve had—highly recommended if you’re looking to enjoy a true New Orleans classic in a fun and vibrant setting.

I luv the atmosphere. I luv the various areas, always one to fit whatever my mood is, that I can sit where I please as long as there’s room .. and no one bothers me. The food is good. I haven’t had everything yet but I like what I’ve had.
Big Love, PO’B!

Came specifically for the Hurricane, was the best during my trip. Visited multiple times and enjoyed the scenery.

Didn’t order any food. Next time i will check out the food. Also i later learned of the entertainment. The outdoor garden is so beautiful day or night.

Staff was pleasant and attentive. Do yourself a favor and get the originator of the Hurricane, cheers to Pat O’Brien’s.

On our very short (4 hour) visit to New Orleans, this was a must visit in our itinerary.
Welcomed with friendly people we chose the bar up front.
There’s a ton of history inside those walls!
We each selected a drink and were not let down.

Pat O’Brien’s was a super cute bar/restaurant. It’s outdoors, but you have to walk into a cave-like area, and the vibes are great.

Our group had already arrived before us, and when I came to sit down, the waitress was super nice and helped me pull up a chair.

I didn’t order anything, but the Bride ordered a drink, and it came super quick, and she said it tasted good, so that I will take her word for it.
