This is the absolute filthiest Casey’s store I have ever been in! I drive all over the state of Missouri and always stop at Casey’s for breakfast and lunch and to use the restroom during the day. I stepped into the bathroom and had to go back out and look at the sign to make sure it was the women’s. there was fecal matter all over the stool and the floor. it had been there a while because it was dried on. I walked out of the bathroom and walked around the store just to see what the rest of the store was like and it was filthy as well. I would not eat or drink anything from that store. I will not be stopping there again for anything especially to purchase anything or use the restroom. as I walked out in the parking lot I looked around and it was the filthiest parking lot in a Casey’s store I had ever seen as well. I tried to put in a complaint and it kept asking me to put in a time and a date and a store which I did but it would never accept it so it would not let me put the complaint in so I’m complaining here! This is the worst Casey’s store I’ve ever seen in my life!! absolutely! oh, and behind the checkout counter all I could hear was girls giggling but I couldn’t see anybody. So apparently they’re playing on their phones instead of doing their cleaning! absolutely filthy!

Charged me $150.00 for gas for no reason, over 36 hours later and the money hasn’t been returned. We called and the manager on duty was extremely rude and basically just said, “Too bad.” Very disappointed, don’t go if you don’t want to be charged randomly.

Always has pumps out, their lights on the building flicker at night, and they don’t clean up spilt fuel correctly. I pulled up and the was half as much absorbing material on the ground as the should have been and it looked like it was running down the parking lot.

I ordered online and the pickup time was 20 minutes. I get there at 22 mins and the one person in the kitchen area said they were busy with a previous order and “forgot my order”. Three large pizzas and wings. Easy to forget such a large order I guess. Also, kitchen person was wearing a mask but not over her nose. Why bother with a mask at all?

Well it’s the only place in town to get anything from, but aside from the price of convenience, it’s a good store and the employees are always helpful and polite. I’d rate 5 stars but I never know if what i’m looking for will be in stock it’s about a 50/50 chance on some items but only a possible inconvenience with other items as is almost anywhere else you might go. Over alll, it’s a good and convenient clean and good looking store.

I went to purchase gas this morning and wash my windshield. This was around 8:30 am and all the trash receptacles were full or overflowing. The two windshield holders held dirty water and tHe sponges were torn and dirty.
The gas pump didn’t give me a receipt even though it stated that it was printing one.
I’m usually satisfied there but not today.
Also the car wash is always broken when I want to use it around that time in the morning.

I tried ordering a pizza online, website said the store is currently offline. I called to ask why. A guy answered, I explained to him website wouldn’t allow online orders, and that what I wanted to order needed to be an online order for the “deal” they offered. So he said “hang on a second I’ll ask someone”. Holding the phone away from his person, I heard him speak, “this lady said the online ordering isn’t coming through, do you want me to just tell her we don’t know?” Another guy said “yes!” He gets back on the phone and says “we don’t know why it isn’t working and there isn’t a manager here”. I just said “thanks” and ordered pizza elsewhere.
