I went through the drive-through and ordered the cheesesteak puffs and when I got home, they looked like somebody had just threw them in the box. They were all smooshed and stuck together. If I was closer, I would’ve come back and made them give me new ones. This is totally unacceptable!!!! I have been to this location frequently and this is the worst service I have ever gotten.

[edit] the weird beepers is crazy, but at least they’re standing on their business now. the new management is far better than it has been, and giving them another chance was worth it.
(old post)honestly, you get what you pay for. the food isn’t bad and the staff isn’t bad but it’s terribly mismanaged. how you gonna advertise hot n ready and never have any? tell me 10 min and have me park for 20+ with no one in the lobby. either the nice employee was there alone or management needs a refresh.

Guess a new place doesn’t mean fine and fresh food. My code didn’t work when I got there. The pepperoni pizza wasn’t even with my food when I picked it up. They had to pull one. You can tell it had been sitting there. The 3 meat was fresh but sloppy. I get that working in food is repetitive and hot (I do it) but it doesn’t justify me spending my hard earned money on old and sloppy food. Thank y’all for your hard work but I am very disappointed as of now. I miss the good customer service and quality food I grew up on. It’s sad.

This is legit the best lil Caesars I’ve ever had. We order pizza probably more than once a week and I’m definitely coming back to this location!! The guy running it has a great personality with excellent customer service skills.

Highly DO NOT recommend! I was refused service from this establishment. I went to the drive thur, ordered a supreme deep dish pizza and was told from an employee “we only have pepperoni or cheese because we about to close” this location closes at 10pm and i arrived at 9:30pm. I didn’t even finish my order all I could say was “wow ok” & drove off. I am highly disappointed. I can see them saying well we can’t do a deep dish but maybe you could take a classic supreme but they were just LAZY and didn’t want to do it either way. Then another thing the coupons I have are only for select locations like what is that! SUPER INCONVENIENT!! I just about had it with with this company as a whole. I cant tell you the amount of times this location has produced cold non-edible food, unfortunately it’s the closes one but atp I’ll rather pay extra money with another pizza chain then continue to waist money here.

First time trying this location, and will be the last time. Ordered wings and a pizza. Got home and pizza had the wrong topping on it. Employees obviously can’t tell the difference between an onion and an olive! Called and received no apology, but told us to bring the pizza back, and they’ll make us the correct one. Drove back and as soon as I walked in the door, was handed my correct pizza. Again, no apology, no offer of any type of compensation for making us drive back to get the correct pizza! No management or customer service skills at this location! We’ll take our business to a different location from now on!

To be honest I’ve never been a big Little Caesars fan however their new crazy Puffs are wonderful, as well as their thin pizza. And the airport store and its employees are awesome
