Bon appetit, next customer, who’s sub was yet to be finished being made.
You know, many people pick their noses, right?
ultimately the cause is the business skimping on having enough staff so that workers don’t have to work so fast that they easily are more likely to do such things as a result.
But yet again, the worker will be blamed for the shortcuts of the business so that they can maximize profit.
Also, hesitation was encountered upon asking for two additional napkins to clean the table that employees should be cleaning. they give you two napkins for a foot-long sub, one little napkin for every 6″, (don’t get your hands dirty!)

What happened to the $5 footlong? Not the promotional ones they sometimes do now, but I’m talking about the good ole days when all footlongs were just $5. Did you guys get greedy or did the costs actually go up that much? All I know is I’m paying more for a sub that did not increase in size or quality.

For this location, the 3 others rate much lower, as the website says subway is one of the places which accept EBT cards, this Subway does, the others don’t, yummy sandwiches and large, large sized drinks

They always close at least 1-2 hours earlier than what is posted on the door. The lady is still inside and sees us but locks the door 2 hours before closing time. For instance, on Saturdays, they are supposed to be open untill 5PM but they close at 4PM. I took a video with stimestamp showing the lady inside at 4:15 on Saturday while doors are locked. Also, on Sundays, they are supposed to close at 5PM but again at 4PM, they dont let anyone in.

We had a meeting in town, stopped by this place and was dissapointed by the horrible customer service, dirty tables and bad foul like smell! The lady was very rude and angry! She messed up our sandwiches, we told her, and she started arguing with us! WOW! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SANDWICH PLACES, LIKE SOURDOUGH CRUST, JERSEY MIKES, ETC. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD SANDWICHES!

Horrible customer service. I came in this afternoon to get a sandwich. The only lady that was working apparently had a online order of 3 sandwiches she was making. She did not even look up and acknowledge me, especially when I am standing there. She could’ve just said, “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “Sorry, please give me a few minutes as I have a big order”. I would have been okay with either, but she kept going for 5 minutes and didn’t even look up so I decided not to eat there because I felt disrespected. Just lost a sale due to very poor service if you ask me.

I paid for 3 footlongs and was so disappointed because my meatball sandwich had like 4 meatballs thier sauce was limited which made the sandwich dry it was awful no satisfaction. I only ate half I think my dogs will eat the rest
