Prices on touch screen menu do not match what you be charged at the pickup window. (You will be charged more than the order showed)
I spoke to employee about this who shrugged and said they know, the touch screen is not updated.
Ordered a salad on touch screen it showed total as $11.88 plus tax. When I got to drive through window I was charged $13.80 (13.08 plus .72 tax)
I ordered a salad and they told me they were out of lettuce! Do better Subway!

Slow, mainly because, in general the employees don’t know what what they are doing. Out of five workers one will know what to do in all aspects of making food to checking customers out. If employees took time to learn the job properly then the service would be more pleasant and fast.

I work right down the road from this subway, so it seems like a great option for lunch… But the last three times I went I wasted my entire 30 minute lunch breaks and didn’t even get to talk to the employee because they only do online orders and ignore actual customers waiting in line..

We don’t go to Subway often but the last couple of times they were out of something we wanted to order. They have a special French dip sub they are out of the dip another time they are out of meatballs. I also feel if they had a few more people working it would give the guest a better service experience, it’s hard to give great guest service when your the only one working.

I was very excited to find a drive through Subway in the area I was passing through during lunch. I pulled in and instead of a speaker and person to place your order, there was a touch screen. Normally I would be ok with this, but during Covid times, it made me a little uncomfortable, thinking about all the possible germs on the screen.
I placed my order and only had to wait about 3 minutes to get my food. I was a little disappointed that they forgot a condiment. I ordered light mayo on my sandwich, which I believe most Subway’s have discontinued. If this is the case, the digital screen still had it as an option. Also, the employees did not notify me or ask if I would like a different condiment selection again.
Overall with the touch screen experience and the incorrect order, I am not sure I would go back to this location.

Walked in front door and the girl behind the counter looked at us and loudly/obnoxiously sighed to make her irritation known. She was in the middle of making 2 subs for a truck in the drive thru. Proceeded to slam things around and after wrapping up his first sub tossed it the 2 feet to her right onto the counter by register. She continued to glare and sigh as she took mine and my brothers order. The lack of professionalism is prominent at this location. She’s also always wearing what looks to be pajamas when we go there. If you’re going to throw a tantrum about having to work indoors out of the elements while wearing your pajamas I think you need to look into a different career path.

I ordered the meal of the day. I was told the deals are not valid. I pointed out their large signs that described/showed ‘deal of the day’. They got really really upset. I mean extremely unhappy. The manager came out and angrily changed the meal of the day posters, they had two. I ordered something else and left. Later at a traffic light, someone honked at me. I looked behind and the manager was there. I was at the red light. The light turned green and I crossed the street, put my hazard lights on, and parked at the side of the road. I am around 90 to 95% sure it was her at the traffic light. Horrible experience but I love Subway . So I will not go back at this location but hey there are other Subway locations (•‿•)

If I could give them a zero rating I would. They had the music up so loud I could not hear anyone, I had to repeat things 5 times in order to be heard. Let alone the place was dirty, but the guy making my sub I asked him to change his gloves because of food allergies and he washed his hands and dried his hands on his pants. NASTY. My sandwich had 3 spinach leaves on it, and if that was freshly baked bread I would hate to what something baked yesterday would be like. All around disappointing If I could find out who owns the restaurant I will personally call them and tell them how horrible my experience was!!!

My and my wife ordered 2 subs, I ordered the cold cut combo while she ordered the pizza sub, both were made completely wrong from what we said we wanted on them, wrong toppings wrong bread etc. On top of that they only gave us 1 of the subs we actually ordered and we ended having to wait again while they made it which was made wrong of course. They need to hire people who can follow simple directions and these idiotic teenagers. I highly recommend NOT going to this location unless you want your food made by idiots
