Incredible Chicken fingers, which the sandwich is supposed to kick ass. Delicious potato wedges. Delicious shoe string fries. Fry sauce is kind of spicy, which is cool.
As weird as it might be, I think the quality of the bathrooms says a lot about other things in the restaurant/bar. The bathrooms at Bus Stop are relatively and very clean.
Great staff, the atmosphere is lighter, less like a bar, more like a coffee shop.
Great place. Love it.

The place is adorable! The outside seating comes complete with a food truck for a picnic vibe, some giant games including chess and connect four and a lounge type seating area. They recently changed the ordering so now a server takes your order, no more ordering at the food truck, it’s basically just their “kitchen” now! The servers are super friendly, genuinely happy to see you and very attentive, checking in periodically. We ordered wings as an appetizer but unfortunately they came out with our meals so they didn’t get the attention they deserved. I ordered the shrimp tacos with a side of fries but the fries came out first, as if they were an appetizer. No problem, they were a welcome snack! The food was great, no complaints here! Nothing to necessarily rave about, it was all nice and hot, plated well with decent flavor. The only thing not quite “right” was that there were two workers with their laptops at the counter seating. They’d jump up to assist customers but would then head right back to their stools and pluck away at their laptops. I suppose I just find that unprofessional in a restaurant setting.

Myself, my sister and her husband went here for lunch the other day and we’re pleasantly surprised by how good the place was. The burger was big and fresh though the meat was unseasoned and the fries were whatever. Still very good though. My sister’s husband liked his chicken sandwhich very much but the real winner was my sisters quesadilla. That was so bomb, definitely recommend. So the food was good as well as the atmosphere. Multi-stall, clean bathroom! There is outdoor seating so dogs are allowed and indoor seating. We sat outside because we brought the dog and, even though it was such a cold day they had outdoor heaters out so it wasn’t so cold. There were also outdoor games and a space for their open mic night. The prices were a little high but the food was substantial enough to make up for it. The service people were very nice and loved our puppy. Overall it was worth the trip.

I had a good experience here. Good food, friendly service, and happy hour prices ($2.00 off on selected items and drinks) were nice. Food came out quickly. Very clean restaurant and the bathrooms were spotless! There’s a nice undercover space outside with plenty of seating that used to be where the Greyhound buses used to come through when this was the bus station. Paid street parking all around.

Some places just get it.
The lighting. The vibe. The bar. The energy. The details.
And The Bus Stop in Olympia?
Yeah. They absolutely get it.
This espresso martini is not just a drink — it’s an experience. Perfectly layered, creamy foam, rich coffee flavor, smooth finish, not too sweet, not too strong… just dangerously easy to drink. The kind of cocktail that makes you say “we’ll just have one” and then somehow you’re ordering another.
But it’s more than the drink. It’s the space. The warm, modern bar. The cozy-but-cool atmosphere. And the service? Genuinely top-tier. The kind of staff that makes you feel taken care of without hovering, welcomed without rushing, and happy to stay for “just one more.”
Olympia, if you haven’t been to The Bus Stop lately — this is your sign.
Because when a place nails the vibe, the cocktails, and the service, you don’t gatekeep it. You bring your friends.

Great spot next to the capitol. We had an industry event there yesterday after meeting with reps all day and it was a perfect way to end the day. Staff was attentive, friendly and worked hard! Great wings, salsa, charcuterie, burrata and drinks!

The Bus Stop in Olympia is hands down one of the coolest new spots in town! From the moment you walk in, the eclectic interior and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for a fun night out. It’s the kind of place that feels both trendy and laid-back, perfect for meeting friends or starting a weekend adventure.
The drinks are next level—do yourself a favor and try the Wander Earl! It’s one of the best cocktails I’ve had in Olympia and shows just how creative their bar program is. The mixologists clearly know what they’re doing.
What makes The Bus Stop even more unique is that you actually have two amazing restaurants to choose from inside, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re in the mood for a casual bite or something more refined, you won’t leave disappointed.
Olympia has been needing a fresh, up-and-coming hangout spot like this, and The Bus Stop delivers. Great drinks, great food, and a vibe you won’t find anywhere else. Good times really are here!

Came in on a quiet afternoon and enjoyed a couple of awesome local beers, super nice and friendly servers in a newer and clean restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor seating – which is next to a food truck and a couple of refrigerators, guess the food truck is their kitchen. Seems to be two different operators since I had to. pay for drinks and food separately but I learned that it’s a family business operating as separate vendors, interesting concept, wished they had other food trucks for some variety as the menu is somewhat limited. Nonetheless my burger was well made and delicious.

What a great place!
Really nice people work here, drinks and food are reasonably priced and yummy! We shared a pizza and a salad and it was really good!
Decor inside was so well done and I was snooping around they appear to have a banquet room as well! Oh and dogs are ok in their outdoor spaces that have heaters!
Nice to support a local family too! Highly recommend!

I’ve been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Everything has been so good. We’ve tried the pineapple pie flat bread pizza, the fried chicken sandwich, the vegetable quesadilla, the BLTA, the onion rings, the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the salmon burger. It’s all been fantastic! The ease of ordering on your phone from the table is nice. The drink menu is enticing, but we have stuck with the nice selection of beers on tap. Nice covered outdoor seating. This is our new favorite spot.
