Been going to wawa for years. Always get the same thing, breakfast burrito with scrambled eggs and bacon. It used to fill me up. Now they barely put 2 tables spoons of eggs on each one. I had 3 bites of my burrito before I even got to taste eggs. Disappointed and won’t be back. I’m not paying 5 bucks for a burrito with hardley anythjng on it

The customer service, convenience, price, and speed is top notch for a gas station. Just go up to a computer, order your food, pay, then pick it up after or before you pump gas. Not necessarily the best place to sit down and eat, but overall a decent gas station/grub stop.

This is a first, as a consumer. I had placed a call for nearly $20 missing from my breakfast order. I didn’t expect to speak to Nicole, the area General Manager, who claimed she could not solve a third-party delivery issue. Albeit, the purchase of the meal for the crew was handled through the Wawa app. She didn’t really seem to have a solution, either.

The food is about as good as you can expect from a gas station; thrown together with no real care. Despite the often unappealing look, the flavors are present and enjoyable. If you’re looking for hot food late at night, expect long wait times and missing ingredients/items. This is due to the incredible quantity of delivery orders that 2 or 3 staff members are tasked with completing, resulting in in-person customers becoming aggravated. The unorganized approach this wawa takes toward handling both types of orders causes incredible confusion amongst customers and delivery drivers alike.
The pumps are working most of the time, and usually do not spill like most other stations. There is good maintenance being done to keep the abused pumps looking presentable and functioning.
Daytime operations are bustling and flow smoothly, but it all falls apart at night as the staff count seemingly decreases.
This wawa operates well enough to warrant future visits, but the moment I see only two employees in the food service area, I know to grab a pre-made sandwich/burrito.
